The machine came with dents on the side with scratches. I was told by the delivery guys that they were reporting it and replacing it asap, they took pictures and that they were leaving the machine so I wouldn’t be without one. Best Buy was supposed to bring new one. It never happened. The machine works fine but I paid all this money for a new machine not a beat up dented scratched up machine. Y’all suck.

Amazing washing. I can wash multiple loads into a single load and still not fill it up. My clothes seemed cleaner.

Actually larger then i needed clothes i usually wash weekly filled my old washer. This one does not even fill it up half way. Old washer said extra large. Does its job adds features that i never had on my older ancient model.

I love the washer once I figured out all of the settings. I wish it came with an old school manual that told what of all the Cycles did. I had a hard time finding information online. Other than that I really enjoyed the washer it's got some neat features

I really like this washer, but what would make it great is...if the agitator would rotate in the same direction so that it it pulls the clothes under the water while washing. When it spins right and then spins back left, the clothes just stay on the surface. They do eventually get washed. I havent stayed to watch a whole cycle, but they do look and smell clean when finished. So it does an ok job.

So much room and very quiet. Has cut our laundry time down by 50%, which in itself was worth the investment. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t recommend this dryer more, it works so well and it’s so easy to use. Our clothes always come out super dry and no wrinkles.

I have not used much but so far it works great. The size is perfect for larger items. For value and quality could give 4 stars since only been month of use.

After having my GE washer for 16 years, it finally gave out last year (2024). I purchased this washer/dryer set on Black Friday, 2024 because this was the largest-capacity set I could find with good reviews as we are a family of 7. Unfortunately, just one year later, it is already not working properly. The washer has very little power—the agitation barely moves the clothes. I have frequently noticed that my laundry is still dirty after completing a full wash cycle. Even worse, when washing something as simple as a single blanket, the machine will rinse but never spin, leaving the blanket completely soaked. Around the 13-minute mark, it restarts the rinse cycle despite the blanket already being completely drenched. This repeats over and over until I realize what its doing and manually stop it, resulting in a complete waste of water and electricity. I paid $1,500 for this set, and now I’m already looking at replacing it after only one year. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Love my new Samsung washer. It actually "tells" you when it needs a self-cleaning cycle done - approximately every 15 days. Had to get rid of my LG washer, which was less than a year old, due to "scrud" (yes, that's the term). It was horrible.
