Love the washer machine. Works great. Only complaint is I am short and to reach the items at the bottom UMMM I find a bit difficult. LOL. But over all love it

I wanted a agitator so my clothes would get a better washing and this machine went above my expectations.

Love all the room and the Agitator makes everything we put in there come out clean as new!

The tub is too deep. It is impossible to reach the small items without standing on a stool. I looked at it in the Bismarck store, the salesman did not explain anything about it, he was in a hurry to enter the order on the computer. He ordered the wrong one, when I called to correct it, my call went to Minot store. I was told delivery and installment would be on November 2. It wasn't delivered until November 30. 2023.

This was an awesome purchase. The washer is phenomenal. The whole buying, delivery and set up was the easiest. Everything went flawless. I will plan to purchase the matching dryer very soon! Excellent product!

I got it in black because my other appliances were black and silver. Very cute and functional nothing negative to say. Decent price, wish it was a little cheaper.

Bought this product in November 2024 and it started malfunctioning beginning of June 2025. The washer would stop mid cycle and freeze. None of the buttons would work except the power button and the washer would remain frozen and locked for days. I would power cycle the washer and it would still remain locked and frozen with none of the control buttons working. At the point when the washer opens my clothes would smell bad. Called Samsung and they sent out a technician. Technician said i had a voltage fault. I was not convinced about this low voltage so i measured the voltage myself. The voltage was 121 volts, which is very good, no issues. I also tried the washer in outlet for microwave and garbage disposal and same issue i would experience. Call back Samsung and told them my experience, however they refused to send out another technician and they insisted they will not assist any further until i have a professional check the voltage. Anyway i paid $150 dollars for an electrician to check the voltage and provide a receipt. Voltage was fine, which i already new. Call back Samsung and they insisted i provided receipt, emails and text messages to prove i had the voltage checked. After about a month of supplying them with the details they requested, they sent out another technician. The technician check and said he's getting the same voltage error code from the washer. However this time when the technician visited the washer was frozen and locked and was in this state for 2 days. He tried to power cycle to open, he tried unplugging etc but the machine remain frozen and locked. He decided to change the main board and after that the machine started working without issues. The technician indicated that the main board was burnt and thats why the washer was giving incorrect error code(voltage error code). At this point i decided i would like to recover my $150 that I had to spend to prove that i did not have an electrical issue. So i called up Samsung and requested that they reimburse me. I called a total of 4 times and each time the operator would ask me to hold while they see what they can do and every time they would disconnect the call and no one ever called back even though they would take my call back number at the beginning of every call. This is Samsung business policy to use under handed tactics to cheat and frustrate consumers. save yourself the 10 weeks i fought with them to get my washer repaired. I just call the $150 a lost and moved on

This outstanding machine makes doing laundry so much easier, you almost want to use it everyday.

this was a replacement for a smaller model. Samsung is definitely top notch
