It was delivered in two days abd I was back in the laundry busibess within a half hour of its arrival. Clothes are so clean & there are more cycle options than I've ever seen. Highly recommend!

Mainly during the draining and spinning cycles. Was told these are “normal” noises. Absolutely not!!! I had Samsung washer and dryer for over 5 years before this set and it NEVER made these noises, EVER. And it goes off balance easily with blankets. This is supposed to be a more sophisticated vibration reduction system and I would say that’s a lie. My previous Samsung barely ever had unbalanced problems until the 4 vibration shocks were shot (which happened a lot sooner than it should have). Returning it for something else. Think I’ll stay away from Samsung from now on.

Connected both washer and dryer to my Samsung smart things app to get notifications and control over app. Mainly wanted to get away from front loading washer and this combo was perfect for us.

It would not spin out the clothes. We unplugged everything and plugged it back it to find it spinning again however then the wash cycle wouldn’t complete itself. For the amount of money we spent on this we are pretty angry with this outcome.
