Clothes were stuck inside as we couldn't open the lid. Contacted Best Buy to bring me a new one and they insisted on sending the installation team back out. Total waste of time. They finally scheduled someone 10 days later from Geek Squad to come out and check the machine and get our clothes out.

No 15 min speed wash
