It is simply impossible to buy a washer that gets the clothes clean because the clothes are all above the water level! What good does it do to make a 5.3 cu ft machine when the water lever cannot go above 3 inches?! ? That is lunacy. Tried this on every setting in every way possible. I have to rewash each load 6 times and usually there are resetting in between for error codes. Exhausting. My laundry is piled up in an extra bedroom on chairs! Ridiculous. DO NOT BUY THIS-you WILL REGRET IT. Plus, the Best Buy delivery people that hooked it up were super nice , but they hooked it up too fast and they didn’t connect hot water correctly…didn’t even tighten the water hoses or turn them on at all. I had to double check and do troubleshooting after they left! Realllly disappointed with that also. Bottom line, go somewhere else for major appliances.

I’ve only had it for a month and it already has a mind of its own. Sometimes it spins sometimes it doesn’t it also chooses when it wants to let me take my clothes out, it unlocks when it chooses for the most part I have to power it off for it to open. I can keep going the bottom line is that I hate it and clearly made a bad decision when I brought the pair .
