We picked this Samsung washer up Late Nov 2023. It is April 2024 and the machine sounds like it is coming apart during a spin cycle. Even when it is Empty. If I could load a video I would.

Cleans clothing, very well, love that agitator option is still available. Excellent connectivity.

This machine has incredible overall performance. I'm not impressed with all the extra bells and whistles but to get the performance, somethings gotta give. I do have one complaint, again, I do love the product performance, but to add liquid detergent into the pull out drawer, that is a pain. There is not enough room to dump the cup and get the liquid in that dispenser properly. With all that technology that was added to the machine, it seems the little stuff was over looked. Still 5 stars!

3 weeks now and seems great so far, we like the ease of using the display and options, super quiet.

Had a Samsung washer before this one and was a great washer for us, washing for a family it gets a lot work. We went back to the Samsung for that reason and the new washer console is very close to the one we had before. We will be purchasing the matching dryer when it goes on sale the wife said because they half to match. lol

This washing machine is absolutely amazing I can fit a full size comforter Plus in it it's exactly what I was looking for the functions on it are awesome this is really a great purchase well worth the money

This washer is a dream come true! The wash tub is so much bigger than I imagined! I love all the settings! It’s not as quiet as I thought it would be but not terribly loud.

Samsung washers stink. I first bought model WA44A3205AW and it wouldn't drain or spin. I then upgraded to this model and it had the same problem as the first one. Finally went with an LG and it is great. Same yourself some trouble and look for something else.

This washer is amazing. It self leveling and don’t keep putting an error code because it’s off balanced it will self balance and keep going you can set your on mode if it’s not listed and you can operate it from your phone

Good for three years then started to act strange. Set it for normal wash, about an hour and forty minutes and three hours later it's still working its way through other cycles. Did this randomly. Thought i was losing it at first. Now it's just bad. Never empties completely trys to spin but slams back and forth. Then starts to fill again even though the the bells are going off and the code says out of balance. Don't go digital! I never will gain. Buy a long warranty if you do.

Was ok until it wasn't. Abruptly broke after barely 3 years. I've had other brands last much much longer. I'm told computer board out with a cost over half what I paid for this. Not recommended.
