Samsung washers are terrible quality.

I then upgraded to this model and it had the same problem as the first one. Finally went with an LG and it is great. Same yourself some trouble and look for something else.

It self leveling and don’t keep putting an error code because it’s off balanced it will self balance and keep going you can set your on mode if it’s not listed and you can operate it from your phone

Set it for normal wash, about an hour and forty minutes and three hours later it's still working its way through other cycles. Did this randomly. Thought i was losing it at first. Now it's just bad. Never empties completely trys to spin but slams back and forth. Then starts to fill again even though the the bells are going off and the code says out of balance. Don't go digital! I never will gain. Buy a long warranty if you do.
