Great washer/dryer set............................

Works great and is so quiet I am so glad we upgraded

Love our new washer! It used to take us 3 loads to wash all our bedding (2 king sets, I twin, with a king duvet cover and 3 twin blankets) now we get it done in 2. Also my wife can sue the delicate washer for her smaller loads at the same time.

So far so good, being used by 3 months already and no complaints, I saw some bad reviews about this product, so perhaps I will comeback after 8 months to provide a second feedback. Up to know I love having another smart device that is telling me when it finish :)

The washer itself does the job... very quiet machine. The only reason that it is 4 stars instead of 5, is because the "smart tech" to use with the Samsung App really sucks.

My son has very sensitive skin. So I intentionally got this to wash his baby clothes in the top washer away from ours. I got this despite the other reviews and have loved it so far

The product is a little pricey and does not offer a lot of extras.

The washer does the work. I’ll be a bit careful and not put delicates on top washer. Have been having issues connecting it to the internet.

Absolutely awful, DO NOT BUY. I’ve had this washing machine for 3 years and have had nothing but issues. I had a service technician out within a year of owning to replace the motherboard because it wouldn’t run. And now it started to leave and couldn’t be ran again. Best Buy was extremely unhelpful with their protection plan as I had to wait in excess of a week both times. I also have a friend who purchased this same machine and has had to replace it already as well. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy it or the Best Buy protection plan for this machine.

I have had my awesome washer for about a month now....and WOW! My clothes have never felt so clean! The only issue I had was it was a bit noisy in the beginning, but the Best Buy guys came out and readjusted the legs.

Having the opportunity of washing cloths in this washer is just incredible.I can use the FlexWash at the same time is amazing . I can even control the washer with my iPhone. I love the technology and my live is even more easy having three kids.

We're only disappointed that we had to return and exchange for smaller washer. Wouldn't fit in basement door. I measured b4 buying but to high. Beautiful looking machine with all the bells and whistles.

We purchased this item less than six months ago. When it was delivered, it took three visits to get it properly installed as there were issues with the pedestals. This week the washer stops with an LC1 error. Apparently the pump that drains the washer has gone out. AT LESS THAN 6 MONTHS.

I just got it,looks awesome,washed one time and did great job,just make sure measure your space before buying it ,it is a little bit bigger than my old samsung washer

This unit works as advertised! So far it does a better job of washing, and the convenience of the small washing machine on top is great. I highly recommend this Samsung dual washing machine.

Nice unit and smart idea to save both water and energy by having the smaller unit up top and the front load that is bigger. They can be run simultaneously which is also nice. Like having two washing machines at once.

Having Flex Wash feature is key for choosing this product. It is very helpful when we need to wash small amount of cloths.

Works great love the mini washer on top replaced a 6 yr old lg with this one and got a excellent deal cause it was on sale

The washer doesn’t use enough water so often times you will get clothes that aren’t fully washed, they will still smell bad. I have resorted to always having it ok heavy duty and extra rinse and still see issues some times. If you out too much detergent then it won’t wash out as well due to the low amount of water it uses.
