lid height from floor needs to be bit more to put in clothes

There is a problem where to load the washing soap in the top loader.

This flex washer cuts my laundry time in half!! With a family of 4, this is a big selling point!! It texts me when the load is done!!

This washer is great. I was not sure that I’d use the flex washer that much but now I don’t know how I did laundry without it. Great for small loads or delicates like sweaters.

Don't overload the upper portion and always use the extra rinse

Waiting to be installed due to getting a new floor put in my laundry room and they were willing to hold the washer and dryer until I was ready for installation.

Many useless settings. I wish it had the small load option. I only use the normal and bedding cycle. The time of the cycles are too long and can not be adjusted besides the ones are set already depending on the water temperature and soiled level. I miss my old washing machine. I don’t find any use on the wifi option.

I don’t have to go down stairs to see if is done washing. I’m watching tv and the notifications on my phone says ; your washer is done

Having the dual washers really cuts down on time. Now I can wash delicates at the same time.

Okay, a little top load on top of a big front load sounds a little gimmicky, but we have been using both and like the configuration. After 10+ years, front load Whirlpool Duet died and could not be fixed. There was much lamentation in our home. We had pretty much settled on a normal front load washer from a home improvement store when we hit our final stop for the night, Best Buy. We talked with Mike who was very honest and helpful. Two days later, Best Buy delivered and hooked up our new washing machine. The installers were great also. They told us a few things we needed to know and showed us a few things to read in the manual - I recommend reading the manual. A few minutes after the install we were using the top and bottom washers. The top is great for a gentle wash, small loads, or just something you don't want to put with any other clothing. The top and bottom units each have their own song they play when the load is finished. It beats a buzzer. I know you can hook these up to wifi and an app on your phone, but we have no real use for that. We do about 6 or 7 loads on Saturday and a couple during the week. We have only used Tide Pods so far so cannot comment on anything else. The front load has great action. It spins the load until it is almost dry. It is quite an upgrade from our old front load.

Love the dual wash. You can wash large loads in the bottom which is great. Love the colors of my washer and dryer. Great price

Best washer I ever used. I am still trying to learn all the things it can do. The clothes washes and not loud at all like other washers I had before.

We have owned for four years (bought the three year protection plan) and the top loader portion won’t work now. A significant investment for something to only work for four years.
