My Laundry is very clean with no soapy residue even when I use the quick wash cicle.....which has become my most used one. The upper washer is perfect for delicates like bras of caps.

Only thing I do not like is how the smart control works, the washer HAS to be on in order for you to work it on the app. They should definitely fix that so you can load your clothes, pour detergent and be able to turn it on on your phone from wherever you are at, at whatever time you want. Same thing with the dryer.
