We have used Samsung washers and dryers for the past 12 years (upgraded models twice) and have never had issues.

This is the Best double washer ever. Good time saver by having a small washer to do your small load while the bigger washer takes on the bigger job.

This washer is great. Can do both large and small loads at the same time. Very quite and works great for my family of 5

Mine came scratched on arrival, and it seems the top scratches easily. Not sure I’m going to keep them.

I am cleaning my washing machine more than it cleans my clothes! Save your money this is a headache. It smells of mildew quickly! Have had tech out just to tell me it’s working properly and I need to leave the doors open, wipe out the rim after every use to reduce the moisture, and wipe the rim down with vinegar. Who leaves the doors open on the washing machine all the time??? Especially with the top loader, you have to leave this open all the time too or risk mildew. Do you want to be wiping down the door rim after every wash? Or rewashing your towels because you put them in at night and by morning they smell? The top loader is more inline of hand washing, not an extra small load of laundry because it doesn’t clean the same. Overall I do not recommend anything about this product.

I love samsung products and they usually last a long time but I purchased this less than 2 years ago and it already stopped working. Issues with the display board, won't turn on at all. Having a repair man come out this week. Smh!

I love it and if I forget something I can use the top part and wash less .

I had to write my this bad experience with best buy in a row 3 times. Wanted to tell background on this. I purchased a new house and person came for installation and he broken my water pipeline. He didn't help any thing and ran away saying file a claim. Now my struggle started for him nothing just file a claim. My garage filled with water some stuff damaged to which buy again you need to spend lot of time. Took for me to settle few days and got claim as well in 6-7 months. These guys came again and installed. Washer and dryer but funny thing wrong connection hot pipe in cold and cold in hot. Funny thing is i came to know almost after 1 and 1/2 year when i tried to wash clothes in cold and came out with supper hot. Clothes got damaged and when complained they said they can't do any thing. I have taken 5 years of protection but because its come in installation part they can not do. When i argued phone got disconnected. I have issue with fridge as well i bought expensive fridge and stopped working now its almost one month we are not able to use fridge. Still part need to come and you guys need to fix. Third issue with phone i purchased worked well for one month then battery gone. i have to through in garbage. I am sorry to say but never expected this with Bestbuy.
