After multiple problems with it, Best Buy (after me arguing with them), decided they would replace it. Got the replacement mid-May 2019. It is now June 13, one month later, and the washer won't power on. All electrical outlets are fine. I bought the Geek Squad protection and I called them. They won't send anyone out until next week. So once again after paying over $1,000 for a fancy washer, we have to trek down to the local laundromat to wash our clothes. I SWEAR THIS IS THE LAST TIME I BUY A MAJOR APPLIANCE FROM BEST BUY.

There is no light inside so, sometimes I leave items. The wash cycles are too long for top and bottom. I lock the buttons so the smaller kids cant start it and the machine will still wash clothes. Top washer is okay however there are only options warm and cold. Not what I was expecting and definitely not worth the money

I'm 46 and have had only 2 kenmore top loading washers since i was 21. Had first one for over 10 years no problems ....upgraded to larger washer for bigger family.... then "tried" to upgrade to Samsung feont loading flex wash with additional top washer. Paid $1342 May 2019.... and now paying over $340 to repair motor issues. The washer is only 2 years old and already costing over $340 in repairs....I dont have any confidence that this washer will last over 5 to 10 years without anymore costly repairs. I WILL NEVER BUY SAMSUNG WASHER AGAIN. Of you want a good washer buy Kenmore if they are still in production.

Just go to pages 80-82 for the warranty information of your washing machine.
