The quality is there, the price was perfect and I got it before the increased Trump tariffs cause a price increase.

This washing machine is all that and then some. Samsung got it right with this model!

Will review in detail later, but with 2 months of purchase i should say its exceeded my expectation so far.

First washer delivered didn’t even turn on. Had to have three appointments to fix. During the last appointment I visited the store and they ordered me a new one. I’m happy now

just bought this washer last year and it make lot of noise, it's hard to get support from LG

Bought this on Dec 2018. After several use(about 6-8) the machine won't turn on. Last wash was successfully done. two week after that it die completely. There is a electricity, and power cord is not damaged. I'm arranging a service with Samsung. They denied due to expired warranty. Have to bring the purchase invoice. They named this unit smart. It's another Samsung jock. I'm suggesting you to purchase a washer with less electronic and automated features. This manufactures scarify quality on competition and we end-up with dirty closes and dealing with service.

Not even 2 weeks and dryer has never fully dried our clothes.... need to place them extra time... “manual” to finish. Shop other brands, these 2 are very expensive for what they are.

The best washer for the price has one on the top also.

I love having the extra washer but Samsung large appliances are CRAP! I replaced a young 3 year old Samsung set that had been exchanged twice and repaired 3 times to include a complete overhaul of the washer. I purchased this flex wash and dry set and should have returned it with the tires set that didn’t work right out of the box but let my desire to have the extra units win me over. This set is only 1 year old and has had the panel replaced, again was the 4th set delivered to get a working set and has had many codes thrown out. I’ve now had clothes stuck in my washer for 4 days and spent 2 hours on the phone trying to schedule a repair. Way too expensive to have this much problem in the first year and with two different sets.

Approved for long time use. Run quiet and clean great. Loves the separate top/flat washer give you the choice to wash masks and save water.

I LOVE IT! Little back story, I'm a mother of 3 (2, 7, 11). Full time working mom. I'm always on the run and competing against the clock. I'm not the type to sit and write reviews. I just need to use my time to do other stuff. I do read reviews before buying something though, it just saves me from having to waste money and dealing with issues later. I just can't. Anyway, the reason I like this washer is because it can quickly get through our mountains of laundry (no more mountains here). It'd take me dayssss to do laundry and I actually never finished since the clothes piled up quicker than what I could wash. I cannot imagine myself going to the laundrymat. What a nightmare with all the kids may that be. I read and read many reviews on other machines and just kept coming back to this one. The price did scare me. What freaked me out more was thinking about how to tell the hubby that I wanted a $1200 washer. Whatttt! To my surprise he said "oh yes lets get it now". He was tired of never having clean socks and underwear lol. Sometimes washing throw up on clothes or sheets was more important, sorry. Now I can wash things like dirty sheets or kids uniform without disrupting my regular laundry pile. Clothes comes out looking good and boy is it fast! I can't think of the last time I did not see dirty laundry waiting to be washed. We actually found clothes that we have not seen in a while because it was always at the bottom of the pile wow lol. I also love not having to go back and forth to check if the cycle is done (so annoying). All I have to do is take a quick glance at my phone. Even if I'm out of the house I get a notification when the load is done so I can quickly tell the kids to throw in another load haha. Bottom line, if you're always on the run and need to get laundry done quickly, this is your machine. I've had this for a month so no issues yet but I will definitely update if something comes up. This family of 5 is very pleased with this washer. Not that I honestly cared but it is also very nice looking. This Samsung Flexwash is a real life saver for large families :)

This machine never worked there was an issue with the control panel. When a replacement was sent it would not even turn on, needless to say we returned the machine. I would not recommend this product.
