This washer is great! It’s easy to use and the clothes get super clean.

I luv being able to wash my delicates separate at the same time as my bigger loads below. Only wish it worked all the time. I've had service several times and srill having issues. I give up!!

You never realize how much you need two washers until you have one. It is Awesome. But make sure you get the Geek Squad plan. I never do but did on this and it paid off. The main board went out a little after a year and it would have cost $600 to fix. But my Geek Squad plan covered it.

With the ability to do a regular load and a small load at the same time, this has been a huge time saver for me. As a new mom, I can wash our clothes in the bottom and baby’s tiny clothes, burp cloths, socks, etc in her baby detergent up top which cuts my laundry room time in half. I do wish the top load had the same steam function as the bottom, but it’s not a deal breaker.

This is my second Samsung washer. I love that there are so many different options & the small washer on top is a game changer. I have had no issues with any of my Samsung appliances. I definitely recommend this machine. It’s my favorite new grown up toy!

We love the top washer! Can do delicates on top and the rest on the bottom. Just make sure you use the "pebble" for detergent on the top. Reading the manuals always helps! The controls are easy to understand and our clothes come out fresh and clean!

Really impressed with this one! Highly recommend buying the matching pedestals. It’s difficult to drain the water (recommended once a month) because it sits so low to the ground. Having it elevated off the floor makes this easier. That’s the only con to our old washer and dryer. They came with pedestals, but this is a la carte. Other than that, I have no complaints. I’m able to wash small loads on top while washing reg/large size loads. Make sure to keep lids open on top - the detergent dispenser as well as the top washer - along with the main door to allow to air out when finished washing. Wipe the rubber seal and door a small well.

This washing machine is AMAZING! 2 loads of laundry at the same time saves mama time!! Everything was fantastic except until this morning when my top washer lid decided to be jammed. Samsung is sending a tech out on Monday to fix it.

I know this washer is a lot of money but its SOOOO worth it. We got the set and its the best we've ever had. You will not be disappointed, And we use the top washing compartment even more than i thought we would. those last minute " i need just this shirt or pants for tomorrow". and not having to run a whole load for one thing. Much less the delicate or active gear. LOVE IT! We had one issue with it not coming on for some reason, contacted Samsung directly and they had someone out with in a few days and it was less than and hour and working and it was FREE!

This washer is perfect for our needs having dedicated small top washer. Remote control is a little joyful but not as handy as other smart devices. A lot of functions that haven't been used. Always get my laundry done clean and efficient.

The load capacity is very helpful for heavy towels and the flex wash is perfect for a quick wash after a workout. The sanitize feature is great for bath towels.

Over all have had the washer and matching dryer for a little over 2 months and couldn't be happier. The purchase and delivery went smooth and Geek squad hooked everything up. Out of all the washing machines ive owned this one definitely gets the job done, plus the convenience of the top washer for my daughters clothes is perfect.

I love the look, it works great. I love how big it is, I can wash my king size comforters. Very nice product! Definitely recommend for large families. Just keep in mind it takes up a lot of space, so be sure you measure your space.

Have issues with the aqua pebble not being with the unit and dealing with Samsung has been a nightmare. Best Buy stepped up and took care of it but very concerned about Samsungs Customer Service. The unit iai fine, seems over priced now that i have used it, but its like a party trick, visitors love to look at them.

I love having the extra washer. It is great for small loads. I do wish that the big drum had a light. It is nice to put a load in , do what I need to do and have to think about when the washer will be done - I get a notification on my fun. I feel spoiled.

I was having the hardest time picking a washer of my choice that would keep up with us as we are a big family and oh my I don’t think I could go back to a regular washing machine ever. The second wash helps so much when you have little ones. One of the best things I have ever spent my money on!!!!
