Absolutely love this washer! I didn’t think I would use the top washer very much but surprised to see that I use that almost daily. It’s nice to be able to run two washers at a time and the top washer is perfect to sanitize our face masks and do baby clothes

Handles large loads well. The top washer is great when you want to wash only a few items. My only gripe is the clothes are wetter after spin cycle than my old washer.

This washing machine is a great high end washing machine. It has many great settings, can keep you updated on the status of the wash with their mobile phone app, and cleans clothes very well. The top washer is great for delicates as well.

Excellent washer with tons of space. This is so much nicer to do two loads at once. when washing clothes now they smell fresh and new. That musty smell is gone after playing basketball washing and wearing and still smelling musty, this machine is amazing. Has and app to notify you when completing and multiple settings. This machine does not come with an interior light and you do have to bend over pretty far for the front load but the top load is perfect height. Only regret that I have is that I didn’t buy the matching dryer. Would highly recommend this purchase. I also bought the extended warranty as my other washer was not old when it stopped working.

I absolutely love love love the washer!! The top loading sections makes doing laundry a little fun and a lot faster! The multiple different functions and smart wash features makes laundry less of a chore now.

Install was simple, and quick. Does what it's suppose to. No issues with top loader or bottom tub. Smart home app sucks, but oh well.

So far the washer has been great. Keeping my fingers crossed that no problems arise. The flexibility is great but the upper washer is a bit limited. I use it for delicates and small items and it works great. Bottom washer works great and get stuff clean.

I love this machine because I can do 2 loads at the same time. I like that if I need to wash just my kids school clothes really quick I can on the top. I have only had the washer for about 2 weeks so don't know about the quality yet.

I have only had these for about 2 weeks. the look is gorgeous and sleek. I love the 2 wash features. They hold very large loads. They music plays when they are done. Only thing i have not been able to get to work is the Smart Things feature that apparently you can control more features with your smart phone. I couldn't get this to connect. I looked up online and apparently this is common with most. I am disappointed as this was a feature i was looking forward to. I live in a 2 story home and i would like to get notifications on my phone. Also they are large and very tall. We had a basin for the washer for emergency leaks or water flooding. However due to the size of these it doesn't fit the conventional basins and we have to do without.

this is a really great washer or should I say two washers the top washer works great when you're kids have an accident and you just have a pair of pants and underwear to wash or delicate items, and you could do big loads in the bottom washer

My wife and I really like the product. The only issue I have is the Samsung App and Wi-Fi connection to run the machine remotely. This is useless as the app is hard to use and doesn't seem to want to work most of the time. However, we never planned to make use of that capability, so it is not an issue.

I think this product is the best one out there it does so many things in one machine you don’t need to use the large washer for a small load there is a small one on top which I just love I think that anyone that buys this washer is really going to love it

It's been a month th since we brought it, we will see within a year. If it lasts. I will write another review next year.

After 15 years, we decided to replace with latest tech. I love our new washing machine with the flexibility to be able to do two loads. Can wash activewear or delicates on top while running full load on bottom. Love all the features! Awesome!

I absolutely love the top small load wash feature that you can wash regular load and something Else on a different cycle at the same time. Works great for me and my large family

I’ve had this washer for about a month now and my wife and I have really liked how it washes our clothes , the top small washer is very helpful for our new born clothes , bought the extended warranty just In case I will need in he future

The Samsung Flex it's the best, great machine, It's work perfectly, I can connect to my phone. The most incredible it's you can wash two load in one. The best washer ever I really recommend

this is so awesome, I absolutely am so happy with the washer, the extra mini washer is an amazing bonus, could fit a queen comforter which came out so clean and fresh, my laundry comes out so clean and not water logged. totally happy

I had Lg and Whirlpool washer and dryer and this FlexWash is above my expectations. It washes the whites in less time leaving no spots. Clothes, towels and sheets are very clean and soft. I highly recommend this washer.
