Great washer

I did by a 5yr warranty and the service I recieved was wonderful. Although it took 3 attemps to fix. Other than that washer is great

Broke before 4 years - faulty design

After opening it up the control board assembly has rust and requires extensive repair to the parts and wire harness. Complete negligence on Samsung's behalf.

This smart washer enhances all the other smart home features we already have. The quality of the washer itself is on par with our previous model (which we are still using for our kids when they visit).

Looks beautiful, so many functions, not sure I will all of them :), relatively quiet operation, nice music at the end. Clothes seems to be washed well. Will come back with more updates after couple of months

I love how quick I can get my laundry done for my whole household. We end up using the smaller capacity washer for many things and it is really handy.
