I Love this machine and you will too! I looks beautiful. It has a large capacity. It is easy to operate. I wash the baby’s clothes separate. I wash my delicate items separate. I wash small loads on the top to conserve water I use both the top and bottom machines at the same time. PERFECT!

I have this set for a year now and experience way to many problems with the washer, first in less than a month they have to come and replace the lock on the door, after a year and 2 days it stop working something about a leak error LC1 they came and replace a sensor and today exactly one month after the second time my washer is full of wet clothes and not working again same problem. Such a waste of money.

I purchased this washer as an open box item and the top washer has not worked at all. I get an error message iDC4 which means door is not closed properly. I power it off and recluse door several times and then it may work only to display same error message 2 minutes later. After reading the negative reviews on this particular washer I am very afraid to keep it as it sounds like it will not last long at all and with the expensive price tag I’m wishing I would’ve got the LG washer instead. Or I should’ve stuck with whirlpool being that all of my previous products lasted 14 years and still work. The only reason I wanted this Samsung washer was because of the features but I spent too much money for it to only last a year or 2. Best Buy is not willing to exchange it due to coronavirus so all I can do is wait with a non working washer.

this is the best washer ever. I love that i can put a small load on top and finishing washing faster. The washer is easily to operate that my 9 year old can put a load to wash by himself. I would recommend over and over again.

I like this washer, easy to handle and good washing results. Also the delivery team was very kind and fast. Unfortunately was the next team who delivered the dryer weeks later the 100% opposite

Multiple loads at once is amazing. Top washer does a great job, gotta be careful with suds. Bottom washer, like all front loaders, gotta wipe down and leave door open to avoid mildew, but the built in clean function helps a ton with that. Good settings selection, and can use less detergent than normal.

Seems to Clean well so far - rinses out all soap completely even on normal wash cycle. Longest cycle steam presoak extra rinse is a little long at 3.5 hrs, little washer on top has been good for socks but it does catch the steam from lower washer if leave upper door closed - no hot cycle on top washer - replaces Lg brand that was nothing but trouble from the beginning

Washer and dryer runs really quiet. Washer cleans very well. Dryer works great. Love the smart dry feature. Very happy with my purchase.

My favorite washer I have ever owned. As a busy Mom of three - I love being able to put in a small or large load. My clothes come out clean and smelling great! The sanitizing cycle has been great for all of my children's blankets and sports gear.

My only complaint about this washer is the lack of props for the top lid and the front door. Both close too easily and allow moisture to remain inside the unit which I suspect will lead to a mildew smell eventually. I've taken to keeping a rag in the doors when not in use to allow for aeration.

I have only used this washer a handful of times so far but I must say it is very efficient. So many options and it runs quietly and fantastically. I recommend this brand.

Wow...what does this washer not do. It is so smart. You can taylor your wash to whatever it is that you are doing. It is super quiet and gets your clothes clean and fresh.

After owning an old school type W&D with old school doors & micro switch technology, it was refreshing to operate real buttons. However, the old school doors provided much more maneuverability in tight quarters. Both washer and dryer's noise level are at acceptable levels. I checked that I would recommend this product only because it's a good working machine. The door thing still bugs me.

Great washer with a very large capacity. It is a very large machine so make sure to measure the area you are putting it in.

Surprisingly efficient than i could imagine, it super fits for us with a new born baby as upper washer is working strongly as lower one.

I really love this washer! It’s quiet and uses less water than my old one. The top is great for delicates and hand washables. The size of the lower washer allows for less loads and I noticed it takes a lot less soap but the clothes are just as clean if not cleaner than when i was using 2 cups on my old machine. I’d give 5stars but the techs did not leave the soap cup for the top washer and I had to order one...I’m still waiting for it.

Unfortunately, my machine was not properly installed. So buyer beware, be vigilant and make sure that everything is screwed in properly and all transport-related items are removed by installers or you will ruin this machine. There is too much that can go wrong. I also found that even with the 6'' inch pedestal the door was still sat too low to the ground. Finally, I feel this machine is too big and bulky unless you have a laundry room the size of a bedroom to put it in.

I have had it just over a month. It replaced our 10yr old LG washer that ran its last cycle which forced us to replace it. We decided to upgrade both the washer and dryer at the same time. I absolutely love having the 2nd smaller washer on top. I use it far more than I thought I would. I am able to run 2 loads at once with no problems. So far very pleased and would repurchase!
