This thing has been a life saver! We share the washer with our upstairs neighbors who had a baby just after we bought this washer. The top washer is great for frequent small loads of baby clothes. One thing to know, do not overload either washer or use too much soap or the whole thing will shut down because water or suds have leaked out of the drum. If that happens, unplug the washer and tilt it forward to let the water run out the front. Then let it sit a day or so to dry out. Good as new after that. It's happened a few times to us, and we called in the repair techs the first time only to learn how to fix it myself. Other than that, no problems at all.

I have only had these for about 2 weeks. the look is gorgeous and sleek. I love the 2 wash features. They hold very large loads. They music plays when they are done. Only thing i have not been able to get to work is the Smart Things feature that apparently you can control more features with your smart phone. I couldn't get this to connect. I looked up online and apparently this is common with most. I am disappointed as this was a feature i was looking forward to. I live in a 2 story home and i would like to get notifications on my phone. Also they are large and very tall. We had a basin for the washer for emergency leaks or water flooding. However due to the size of these it doesn't fit the conventional basins and we have to do without.

Washer and dryer runs really quiet. Washer cleans very well. Dryer works great. Love the smart dry feature. Very happy with my purchase.

The Samsung Flex it's the best, great machine, It's work perfectly, I can connect to my phone. The most incredible it's you can wash two load in one. The best washer ever I really recommend

This washer has alot of features. It is large capacity for the main wash unit and the smaller top washer is convenient small loads and/or smaller items.

Having Flex Wash feature is key for choosing this product. It is very helpful when we need to wash small amount of cloths.

My favorite washer I have ever owned. As a busy Mom of three - I love being able to put in a small or large load. My clothes come out clean and smelling great! The sanitizing cycle has been great for all of my children's blankets and sports gear.

I have only used this washer a handful of times so far but I must say it is very efficient. So many options and it runs quietly and fantastically. I recommend this brand.

OMG. it felt so good to be doing two loads at the same time; this washer is great and really quiet except when it's starting to spin but other than that super happy with my purchase.

Wow...what does this washer not do. It is so smart. You can taylor your wash to whatever it is that you are doing. It is super quiet and gets your clothes clean and fresh.

We love this washer! Top loader works great, I washed a load in the morning before work and was able to put it in the dryer before I left for work (30 min) wash. Only con is the door opens from left to right and my water hook ups are on the right side so it opens towards the dryer. Lucky the dryer I'm able to swap the door opening on the that so it opens in the same direction. But it is a hassle to reach over the washer door to put the clothes in the dryer.

Love my Samsung FlexWash. Easy to operate and very efficient. I must say that this washer is very quiet compared to the last high end front load washer one I had.

Good machine, cleans the clothes well and I like the top washer for delicates. The one bad thing is that the fabric softener compartment does not rinse out well with the cycle! This area gets a lot of buildup.

Machine is economical, quite, and convenient. Using the Samsung app with the washer makes doing laundry a breeze allowing you to better manage your chore time. Even has a quick wet clothes in machine reminder function so you don't forget to dry the laundry. App also can connect to Amazon to reorder laundry pods before you run out. Very family-friendly.

I bought the washer and dryer set. In spite of the numerous features,easy to use, don't have to be an IT tech to figure it out. Laundry comes out super clean, a very noticeable difference from my old washer. The first time I used it, the cycle had completed and when I removed the laundry, it felt practically dry, I actually thought I had done something wrong, but, no, just a very powerful machine. Definitely reduces dry time. And the dryer??? A dream, can't say enough about this set..

I have had it just over a month. It replaced our 10yr old LG washer that ran its last cycle which forced us to replace it. We decided to upgrade both the washer and dryer at the same time. I absolutely love having the 2nd smaller washer on top. I use it far more than I thought I would. I am able to run 2 loads at once with no problems. So far very pleased and would repurchase!
