We purchased this washer, and its matching dryer, about 3 months ago and we really wanted to like it as the last washer was a front loader and always had a smell and the whites never really were white. I spent a lot of money to purchase this as it was recommended to be the second best in the store. However, anything that is dark or black in color comes out with whitish streaks all over the items. We have run the clean cycle twice, have tried warm to mostly hot water cycles, the bare minimum detergent placed on the bottom as directed, everything possible to stop the issue without any significant change. We believe it is because the clothes crumple up in the bottom during the spin/ drain cycle trapping dirty water into the clothes leaving a residue. It is extremely frustrating, and I feel as if I've wasted the expense on this machine. Wish I'd stuck with a front loader which never had that issue! Would not recommend. Regret my very expensive purchase! Dryer works great though

My clothes feel so clean. So much room. I have an over sized queen fluffy comforter. It actually fit! No more going to the cleaners. Yayyyyy!

Very happy with this washer, i was very skeptical on buying samsung appliances after bad experiences with my older one but this washer exceeded my expectations. I do recommend especially because its larger then typical washers.

The wife is the one that mainly uses the washer. She says that I do not know how to use a washer. It is simple open the top and throw everything in that fits. One hour later and everything is clean in a single load. What could be more simple.

Washer is amazing! It cleans great and is so quiet. I love how much clothes it holds and how it as an app to notify of all stages.

Well first I didn't expect this machine to be so tall so watch out if you're short. I have to bend all the way over and down to get clothes out of the bottom. My husband doesn't like the impellor because he feels it doesn't clean the clothes very well. It "rocks them around like a baby". But I love the capacity of it!! It's nice to just put the clothes in without having to fit around the agitator. And there are a lot of pre-programmed options for washing. I've seen a lot of reviews on this item breaking early on, so we'll see. I've only had it a few months so hopefully this lasts.

I absolutely adore this beauty, easy to install, easy instructions and easy to use! If you’re a short person, you may need a step ladder to reach inside after a cycle and it’s wide enough for bedding! I can’t wait until the matching dryer arrives!

This is the second washer that I bought and I love it. My first one broke after many years and instead of swapping products I bought the exact one. You can’t go wrong with a product that you love.

This is a great washing machine. Unfortunately, the dryer that matches it is garbage, so it’s hard to review, as most people prefer a matching set. If you don't need the dryer, this is a great washing machine. If you need a matching set - don't bother with this as the dryer is horrendous.

This washer is super nice! I love that there is an app you can pair your phone with to see that status, It is also super quiet. The only thing that could be a potential problem for some people is that it is really deep and the bottom could be hard to reach for those that are shorter.

Love my new washer. My washer has quite a lot of washing options. The washer is so quiet that I forget it’s on until I hear the pleasant sound that my wash is complete.

Love it! Before you realize it that never ending laundry ITS ACTUALLY DONE=D cutting time by half or less of the time it takes…Ooh BTW WHENEVER is your deep cleaning day checking every room. Removing anything and everything thats is machine washable you would still have time to SIT DOWN and enjoy the rest of THE DAY like me with my handsome boy:D aKa the responsible magicians for them mountains of laundry-_-

Overall, not a bad dryer. I have had it for a few months and have not had any major issues. Here is the gist. Pros: - dries items well - lots of options (settings, times, etc.) - easy to set up - looks and sounds nice (fun little noises lol) - somehow syncs up with Samsung Smart things (but it's very tricky to set up) Cons: - door is really hard to open and close, which is annoying mostly - I thought the dryer could be connected to a more intuitive mobile app; smart things is really weird to set up, so the notification feature is basically useless
