This was the best of washer we had and are enjoying it.

Love the large capacity this washer can hold. Easy to learn, simple dials great fresh wash. Like the detergent and softener dispenser makes things makes laundry easy

This washer is better than I hoped. Some have complained about the noise, but if its in your basement, you know its still running a load when you’re up stairs. J/K. Its not that loud. Very efficient. Taller than our old Maytag. Had to be very careful getting it down the basement stairs. Follow the initial wash instructions before using it.

Product is awesome! Service is terrible. The installation was not a great experience. Didn’t ask me which way I would like to swing the dryer door. I had to ask for them to install washer they weren’t going to. Best Buy’s customer service center is terrible. Samsung is the best but I will never buy from Best But again. The company has gone downhill bad.

The performance is awesome and the tub is huge, no worries on washing your beddings cuz it fits well.

So far this washer exceeds my expectations. Quite operationally and the dials are really well done. I was disappointed when the LG I previously had (sold with house) was not available, but this Samsung model is doing great.

I’m loving my washer so much I am able to wash my blankets for my king size bed without issues. Saving me a trip to a laundromat.

We love our Samsung washing machine. It is very quiet during the cycle and it lights up blue and is so very easy to operate. It really cleans the clothes well.

Love this Washer. Large enough to fit my queen size bedding so I don't have to make trips to the laundry mat. Also love that I can connect bluetooth and be notified on my phone when the loads are finished ( whether I'm home on wifi or not)

We bought the set when ours went and couldn’t be happier with them. Probably the best washer and dryer we’ve ever had. I recommend it highly if you’re looking for a new set they are great.!!

So first off this is a HUGE washer and if your a shorty like me you may need tobuy a stool specifically to reach in there and a grabber stick. Tall people 6 foot+ have zero issues. You have to be carefull about uneven loads my washer popped up a error message when I washed a small throw pillow with my sheets. I tried to balance it myself i leatned to just drop it all in and let the machine shift it around. I like the washer app that lets me know when the washer is done. My washer is on the bottom floor of a 4 level home with me at the top its soooo nice.
