I absolutely LOVE this washer! Very large capacity with lots of setting options and the automatic “self clean” reminder is great for this busy bee!

This is my very 1st washer and im happy with my choice. I love the all the features and how you just lay your finger on the presents and it just reads it. I have a family of four so, there is always clothes that needs to be washed and this washer has been doing the job. The music playing when the load is done was a shock factor and just the cutest freaking thing.

Love this washer. I had a LG front load and pedestal washer before. Even when I would wash 2 loads at once this new Samsung washer washes more clothes and does a lot better job at having all items super clean. I don’t usually write reviews but this washer by Samsung deserves it.

Only deducted one star bc I have to constantly run it on deep fill. It just doesn’t seem like all the clothes get washed if I don’t set it to deep fill. There will be a couple pieces out of every wash cycle that it seems like they float on top and don’t get clean with the normal settings.

efficient, large capacity, I can wash king sized quilts easily. Don't have to wash as often with larger loads.

received this at home with free installation. 5.5cu is such a great space for big families as well as one load of laundry so you don’t have to do multiple loads and waste water. this also collects pet hair and high efficiency it can detect the weight of clothes and determine how much water will it use for that load. You can also use your phone to start your wash and adjust settings! Overall this is a great washer!

This machine gets the job done very well. It’s quite and has a lot of great features.

I’m absolutely amazed by my washer! It’s spacious enough to fit a king-size comforter with ease, which is a huge time-saver. The wash is thorough and gentle, and everything comes out looking fresh. I love how efficient it is and how much it can handle. Highly recommend it for big loads!

The washer washes our clothes very good. I switched back from front load washer to top load washer and no more smell coming from the washer. I am able to wash comforters, sheets Pillow cases in one load. My only regret was not getting the multi load dispenser for detergent. I have not had any load unbalance and shaking as experienced in front load washer. So far this seems to be a very good washer.

This washer is fantastic it has a large capacity. I had a small capacity washer before and now what used to be 3 loads of laundry is now 1 load of laundry. I am 76 years old and this washer saves me a lot of steps and time. Love it!

This washer exceeded all of our hopes for this new appliance. Very efficient-Easy to use-Can't ask for more then that!

So far this washer has worked really well. I like being able to choose how to wash each load, whether I want an extra rinse, high spin dry or many other options. I also like the size that allows me to wash some larger blankets. I have not attempted to operate it via my phone but that could be a good thing for some people.

I was shocked at how much room this had and super quiet as well! Definitely would recommend!!!

I am very happy with my new washer. I love that I can turn on the water to spot treat items or rinse out the detergent cap. It is large enough to fit comforters and most anything. My clothing seems to be a lot cleaner than my last washer got them. It is hard to reach down to get the items at the bottom though. That is my only complaint and it is worth ir to have the large tub.

Love the washer, honestly though wish i was 3 inches taller. Holy what a bear to get socks out from the bottom of wash

We've had quite a few washers over the years including this same model in a previous home before we moved. This one was the best so we didn't hesitate to purchase it again for our new home. It has a lot of settings that are actually useful, enough size to handle almost anything, it's quiet and seems to be really well built. I couldn't list any cons, and with Best Buy's protection plan you couldn't make a better choice.
