It kept washing over and over because it was not spinning the clothes. The tumble wouldn't balance. I switched it to the same brand with the agitator and I'm really happy with the new one. Also the delivery guy that brought the new one stated the previous person didn't connect the washer correctly with connecting the water hose on wrong side. I guess the previous person put the cold water hose on the hot water and vise versa. He said that could have been causing the problems.

I love the options to customize the wash cycles and the notifications are nice to remind when the cycle ends so I dont forget wet laundry in the wash for a day.

Deeper than anticipated and for a shorter person may be an issue getting laundry out. Love all the load selection feature and how it can handle large loass. It sould come with a better user guide if online access isn’t available.

Has smart features so I can start it remotely and also sends me messages when a cycle is done. Only downside is if you are shorter than 5’7 you might have trouble reaching all the way inside to get your clothes out

It is deep, quiet, and doesnt take up a lot of space. Although deep you do still have to keep in mind not to over pack. Because it is a smart washer, I have it attached to my phone and it lets me know when my cycle is unbalanced, complete, and more.
