I love the washing machine and everything about it. It has a large bin so it holds a lot of clothing, towels, and bedding. My only issue is they guys who delivered it never balanced it

We just bought a brand new house and we were going to wait until we moved in to decide about buying a brand new washer and dryer. My Mom surprised us with the coolest appliances in the market. They look nice and are almost soundless. I WOULD BUY THESE AGAIN!

We got this because of the large capacity. Because it does not have an agitator it is sensitive to unbalanced loads. It took me a minute to learn how to load the machine to ensure a balanced load. It has several cleaning cycle options and does a good job of getting the items clean.

I love it awesome washer very tall I put 26 bath towels on first wash clean clean clean but for short people your gonna need a step stool to reach bottom of drum an be careful you don’t fall in washer it will fit small human not kidding

This Samsung was is great,can fit a large load of bedding and sheets without any issues.
