    Amazing washer. No complains at all. My family of 7 has not been happier than this about owning a washer. Samsung has really fine tuned everything about this machine from the size, style and performance.

    More so of the experience with Bestbuy then the item. I can only say the washer is a beauty and joy to look at. Havent have it installed yet. But I will say, the delivery guys that delivered it was astounding. Professionals all around!

    I’m 5’1”. Reaching items at bottom of washer is almost impossible. I strongly dislike the alarm at end of cycle. It is demonic and plays on a loop which scares my cat. One simple buzz or beep would suffice. I don’t live in a giant house, and I’m not lazy. These are rather minor complaints. I do think the washer performs well.
