I saved a bunch of money with the open box option. It works great.

I bought this Black Friday and have only had it a little over a month. So far we love it. My 12 yr old son thought it was so cool he actually did all his laundry lol. I won’t be buying the Samsung dryer because everyone I know that has it has had major issues. But the washer is solid!

I love the large capacity; makes it easy to wash my bed comforters. Unit is quiet and very easy to use. Only negative comment is the detergent tray does not slide out far enough; it is bit of a struggle to pour the detergent and softener into the small compartment.

This washer has a very large capacity and so far has done a great job washing clothes for my family. I haven’t tried out washing really dirty/stained clothes yet so I cannot speak to this specific washing machine's ability to get really soiled clothes properly cleaned. The only reason I didn’t give this washer five stars is because you cannot dispense your liquid laundry detergent with a normal sized cap. My family uses Tide liquid detergent (for cap size reference) and you have to carefully angle the cap to dump in your liquid detergent into the washer’s detergent dispenser as the cap will not sit flat/flush on top of the liquid dispenser due to the top loading door being in the way. It can be annoying because if you’re not paying attention because the detergent will drip underneath the removable dispenser and directly down onto your clothes versus properly diluting the detergent through the dispenser. Otherwise, I am very happy with this machine. FYI, if you are shorter than 5’5” I would go into a physical store to make sure that you can reach to the bottom of the washer in order to grab out all of your clean clothes when the washer cycle is done. On an installation note, the install guys did a phenomenal job with install of my new washer and removal of my old washer.

This is a true, deep fill washer. You get a full tub of water for with you large bulky items when deep fill is selected. Cleaning performance is average. Digital timer is a plus. SmartThings connectivity is a plus.

I been using this awhile now and it gets the job done. Its nice to get notifications when the washer is done from the Smart Things app. I haven't tried to control this from my phone. I don't see the point.

Works great! Only problem is that it is really deep so if you’re short you might have a hard time getting the clothes out.

Washer works great. Like all things today no manual included. I do not want to have to take my tablet in the laundry room to figure out a setting. For what we pay for appliances these days you would think you could a get a printed manual.

My wife and I are very happy with our Samsung washer/dry selections, in-store service and installation. Our thanks to the Best Buy appliance team for a great job. We know that we made a GREAT choice for our new condo.

It’s a really Good washer, the whole family it’s in love with this machine.

We bought this washer to replace our front loader. The tub is huge and we’re so happy with the purchase. The only downside is I’m too short to reach the bottom of the tub when it’s time to take clothes out.

Initially came with a dent, they swapped it out for free and delivered replacement. All good now.

Just replaced another Samsung Washer that was great. This one is even better. More features, super quiet, and the value for the money. I would recommend this washer to anyone.

Samsung offers a great washer and dryer. Does a great job with the clothes and it's fairly quiet compared to the GE I had before

Love the way it works and the settings. Only problem is it is so deep I have to use tongs to pick up my clothes in the bottom of the washer. Works well. Very happy with this machine. Just wish Best Buy was a little easier to deal with when I tried to use my Verizon discount. That was a hassle!

Purchased the set in store. Wanted the Navy Blue, but was not available at the time. Called the next morning, because the blue had become available and they made the exchange over the phone, so I got exactly what I wanted. Other than the fact it's super tall for this 5'4 girl, I was prepared and already had a stool to stand on. This washer has some great features and once you figure it out, it's a dream. Don't hesitate to buy it!

Great machine. Quick, fast, quiet ... and has handled everything I have throw at it. I don't think you can go wrong with this one.

Well, since there is no agitator, this thing can fit almost anything that you want to wash in, so that's great. And since there is no agitator, I know that it's not going to rip my clothes. But then, because of the same reason, when the tumbler turns, the clothes do not turn, they just float and barely turn. I feel like my old front load machine that I could not fit anything in was more effective, and gave me cleaner laundry. This is not bad at all but sometimes, I just put some stuff in the second time, and I use oxiclean more.
