Unit did not work right out of the box and it was a replacement unit for another Samsung unit that didn't work either. Delivery people dropped it off, powered it on and left. Didn't even turn on the water supplies before running the first cycle. Now Best Buy is telling me that I have to wait 3 days before anyone will even come look at it. Zero stars for BB and Samsung

I really like this washer. I've been using my samsung washer for a while now Im very happy with this. Its quiet, efficient, and has good variety of wash cycles for all my needs. This Samsung 5.5 Cu. Ft. washer is pretty much plug & play. Very simple to operate. I really like the depth of the tub, every I need to wash thing fits.

I’ve been using my Samsung washer for a while now, and overall, it’s a fantastic machine. It’s incredibly easy to use, and the intuitive controls make laundry feel less like a chore. One of my favorite features is the phone app—it allows me to start the washer remotely, which is super convenient when I’m multitasking or away from home. However, I do have one gripe: the downloadable cycles. While the idea is great in theory, they fall short in practice. I wish I could adjust key settings like soil level, water temperature, and spin speed within those cycles. Without that flexibility, the download options feel pretty useless to me. That said, the core performance of the washer is excellent. It cleans thoroughly, runs quietly, and looks sleek in my laundry space. If Samsung improves the customization of the app features, this washer would be near perfect.

Able to fit large blankets love the color love the size

What an amazing washer I can fit the king size, comforter, and sheets in at the same time. Still plenty enough room to have enough water to wash the items properly no middle agitator, so nothing gets tangled and twisted in the end clothes come out so clean, feeling and extremely rinsed feeling with only one rinse cycle.

So far so good. It’s quiet. Cleans very well. I like the fact you can add up to five rinses to the wash for those very dirty items. Very large drum. I do like the smart features of letting us know that it’s done. It was an open box item but nothing was missing. It did come with a scratch on the side but nothing serious.

I love the large capacity; makes it easy to wash my bed comforters. Unit is quiet and very easy to use. Only negative comment is the detergent tray does not slide out far enough; it is bit of a struggle to pour the detergent and softener into the small compartment.
