First washing machine machine I've had within the central agitator, but it cleaned the clothes well. It is taller than I expected. Though it was said that short people might need a step stool, I'm 6 feet tall and still needed one.

I'm 5' 7" and have to stand on my tip toes to reach the bottom of the drum. The features are great, but we haven't had the chance to get too far in the weed. There are quite a few features.

There is black mold on soap and water dispensers. Samsung wont do anything since its out of warranty but this is clearly a defect in samsung design that will show up after 3 yr of warranty.

Drum is big, but cant handle weight.

BUT.... it cannot handle the weight of that load. please get a front load not top load. drum moves around if too heavy then restarts the whole cycle.
