Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is now the second time that I have had a scheduled delivery and instalation canceled by the technicinican due to some made up issue. First with my fridge now this time with my washer. Tech came and said my valves are old and would not install the machaine. My old machine is working without issue I just wanted to upgrade to a bigger unit. He called his manager who also said they will not install the machine but they can just drop it off. I will not use Best Buy again and will cancel my total tech membership after this.

The dryer broke once and had to be serviced and the washer just keeps leaking water inside so your clothes will be soaked way more than usual and if you dont use the wash for a while, there will be a pool of water inside. The one year warranty was inconvenient as stuff started to break only after a year... I understand that usage of these items will eventually cause wear and tear, but excessive leaking and the sensor on the dryer being absolutely terrible really puts a damper on my mood. Wouldn't recommend for the absurd pricing.

Time to call total tech for troubleshoot

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just tired of dealing with Unbalanced Load UB then the stupid thing starts over trying to wash again and again sometimes if I leave will take forever and I give up to hand twist to remove the water and use the dryer , ridiculous ! I already reset the machine as Samsung indicates, changed coils and still does the same issue 8 times out of 10 washes. Any type of load. Also if you don’t use deep wash most of the times hardly gets water over your clothes as I read in very much all reviews with low stars. I regret not reading reviews on this machine before buying. SAVE YOURSELF THE SAME PROBLEMS , DONT BUY IT ,

Very Disappointing - Horrible Washer!

It worked well for approximately one year before we had endless technical issues. After 2 years, it was time for a new washer. The most recent issue is with the sensor. We got it fixed and within no time, it went again, causing our washer to repeatedly fill up with water and drain, shooting our water bill through the roof. Since day 1, we realized that it collects lint when washing, leaving white stains pressed into our black clothes. It has actually ruined several of our black clothes. I could sit here for hours and type up a book of how horrible this washer has been. DO NOT BUY! I will never purchase a samsung washer again!
