Stops working after 2 years
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was the first washer I’ve ever purchased and am extremely disappointed with. The barrel starts shaking like crazy and shows a Ur/Ub code leaving our clothes drenched. We’ve attempted washing just a couple small items and even then the barrel shakes and the clothes are left super wet. We had two people come check it out and unfortunately they said this is common and told us it would cost $400-$500 to fix and that it would be a temporary fix. In the end we were recommended to go the LG, GE, or Maytag route.

But the machine somehow shimmies the contents into a flat circle washing the material only showing. Therefore, my items are dirty around the circle and one clean circle in the middle! Additionally, the matching drying absolutely refuses to dry large items regardless of any settings. I am forced to either hang outside in good weather or find a place indoors in bad weather. Samsung has been here to fix within 60 days of my ownership and refused to allow me to return them.

Worst machine ever!

Due to the sensors the machine could never spin without sounding like it was gonna break. It also started over every time a the sensor could not spin the machine. Hated this machine .

Samsungs costumer service has been awful I’m 5 weeks in no washer. Repair tech after repair tech, and can not get a new one, or even some of my money back to buy a new one.
