Purchased a new home and this washer has been a life save, large and great

received this at home with free installation. 5.5cu is such a great space for big families as well as one load of laundry so you don’t have to do multiple loads and waste water. this also collects pet hair and high efficiency it can detect the weight of clothes and determine how much water will it use for that load. You can also use your phone to start your wash and adjust settings! Overall this is a great washer!

So far this washer has worked really well. I like being able to choose how to wash each load, whether I want an extra rinse, high spin dry or many other options. I also like the size that allows me to wash some larger blankets. I have not attempted to operate it via my phone but that could be a good thing for some people.

First, the size is great for large items. The washer is very deep if you are short this may pose a problem to retrieve the clothing after the wash cycle is completed. I am 5 foot 7 inches and and have some difficulty. The ringing is annoyingly long after the wash cycle is done but can be changed. Overall good buy.

I bought this Black Friday and have only had it a little over a month. So far we love it. My 12 yr old son thought it was so cool he actually did all his laundry lol. I won’t be buying the Samsung dryer because everyone I know that has it has had major issues. But the washer is solid!

I am very happy with my new washer. I love that I can turn on the water to spot treat items or rinse out the detergent cap. It is large enough to fit comforters and most anything. My clothing seems to be a lot cleaner than my last washer got them. It is hard to reach down to get the items at the bottom though. That is my only complaint and it is worth ir to have the large tub.

I used to have a similar model that was sold when I moved apartments. When I needed a new washer, I looked no further than the latest version of the same. Plenty of space for a household of 3 that does laundry on weekly basis. I also liked that I can fit plenty of towels and blankets inside. We are very happy with our purchase!

This washer has a very large capacity and so far has done a great job washing clothes for my family. I haven’t tried out washing really dirty/stained clothes yet so I cannot speak to this specific washing machine's ability to get really soiled clothes properly cleaned. The only reason I didn’t give this washer five stars is because you cannot dispense your liquid laundry detergent with a normal sized cap. My family uses Tide liquid detergent (for cap size reference) and you have to carefully angle the cap to dump in your liquid detergent into the washer’s detergent dispenser as the cap will not sit flat/flush on top of the liquid dispenser due to the top loading door being in the way. It can be annoying because if you’re not paying attention because the detergent will drip underneath the removable dispenser and directly down onto your clothes versus properly diluting the detergent through the dispenser. Otherwise, I am very happy with this machine. FYI, if you are shorter than 5’5” I would go into a physical store to make sure that you can reach to the bottom of the washer in order to grab out all of your clean clothes when the washer cycle is done. On an installation note, the install guys did a phenomenal job with install of my new washer and removal of my old washer.

We've had quite a few washers over the years including this same model in a previous home before we moved. This one was the best so we didn't hesitate to purchase it again for our new home. It has a lot of settings that are actually useful, enough size to handle almost anything, it's quiet and seems to be really well built. I couldn't list any cons, and with Best Buy's protection plan you couldn't make a better choice.

This washer exceeded all of our hopes for this new appliance. Very efficient-Easy to use-Can't ask for more then that!

I love the large capacity; makes it easy to wash my bed comforters. Unit is quiet and very easy to use. Only negative comment is the detergent tray does not slide out far enough; it is bit of a struggle to pour the detergent and softener into the small compartment.

Works pretty efficiently. I particularly like its smart features. Still early days though. Lets see how it goes

This is a true, deep fill washer. You get a full tub of water for with you large bulky items when deep fill is selected. Cleaning performance is average. Digital timer is a plus. SmartThings connectivity is a plus.

I been using this awhile now and it gets the job done. Its nice to get notifications when the washer is done from the Smart Things app. I haven't tried to control this from my phone. I don't see the point.

I saved a bunch of money with the open box option. It works great.

Not the washer we purchased and Best Buy can't do anything about it until tomorrow. People who delivered it out were quick and efficient. They started the rinse cycle while I was turned around. But when I went to check the washer I noticed it didn't look the same as the one I ordered. I pulled up my order to verify, and I was right, wrong washer. The guys were already down the street by the time I noticed so I immediately tried to call and see if they had my washer on the truck accidentally delivering this one. Best But says they can't do anything until later this evening or tomorrow. When the cycle finally stopped, I went to check the model number that's supposed to be on the inside of the lid to make sure, and there were no model/serial number stickers anywhere. Called BB back informed them of this and requesting replacement, they still said they could do anything until tomorrow.

the space this washer has to offer is the best part. I had to previously have to take all my bedding and bulky items to my nearby laundromat, well not now, I can fit anything in this washer and the fact that you can control it with your Samsung app is great!
