Love it! It is a workhorse for sure! Clothes smell wonderful, and very easy to use.

Washer works great. Like all things today no manual included. I do not want to have to take my tablet in the laundry room to figure out a setting. For what we pay for appliances these days you would think you could a get a printed manual.

Works great! Only problem is that it is really deep so if you’re short you might have a hard time getting the clothes out.

I had Samsung washer and dryer prior to this purchase and they worked great so why switch?!? Very pleased with the new pair. Large capacity as my daughter just had my first grandchild.

Love love love all the room! I've had a smaller machine for years & its so nice to be able to do double the loads & spend half the time. Quiet and all my clothes come out clean and fresh. I was worried about not having an agitator, my first without, be so far no issues at all.

We bought this washer to replace our front loader. The tub is huge and we’re so happy with the purchase. The only downside is I’m too short to reach the bottom of the tub when it’s time to take clothes out.

I spent alot of time reading reviews before deciding on this machine. I love it. Washed very heavy blankets with no problem. It tells me when to self clean. I made a good choice. Would recommend.

Hard to say long term, but so far so good. Wifi info works great. The quickwash is great since we don't have ground in dirt. Thought my old machine was big, but this one is ginormous! I have to stand on a stool to get laundry out. NICE. Wanted it large enough for a huge king thick blanket, and it fits!

Initially came with a dent, they swapped it out for free and delivered replacement. All good now.

We love it best washer we have ever had. It's huge and cuts our wash time in half. The delivery folks were kind and helpful as usual. Best Buy is the only appliance dealer we are ever going to use.
