Easy to use, bigger loads, looks nice, if your short it’s hard to get socks out of the bottom of washer!

So, I love the washer. It is deep, quiet, and doesnt take up a lot of space. Although deep you do still have to keep in mind not to over pack. Because it is a smart washer, I have it attached to my phone and it lets me know when my cycle is unbalanced, complete, and more.

Washer works great. Has more bells and whistles then we really need. The size is great. It fits a lot, and has no problem with our larger bed spreads. Only 2 downs falls is for me the depth. Im 5'2 and im basically inside the washer to pull stuff out of the bottom. (Not Samsungs faukt im short but something to consider if you are height challenged like me) also it is loud. Other reviews mention its noisy. Those are accurate. For me that isnt a big deal based on where we have it. However it might be a consideration for others.

Great machine. Quick, fast, quiet ... and has handled everything I have throw at it. I don't think you can go wrong with this one.

Very large/deep interior - Im tall so no issues reaching items however, a shorter person may need a stool. Pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is since it is located close to our family room. Has a lot of options and I like the cycle display. Have only had a week but so far so good.

I love the product Samsung is the best and best buy products is always different from other retail you find similar but never the extract same l like that this is my second set l gave my first set to family member the last for ever it's so quiet the quality excellent the size just outstanding l can wash super load and quick load with adjustable setting on size, soil, and temperature that's what you should look for always no finger print lovely l highly recommend it

Overall an excellent product. We are particularly happy with the great performance of this machine with no dasher and yet if performed far greater than we would have imagined. Typical high quality from Samsung and super service from our BestBuy people.

Does a relly great job on cleaning clothes. love that it has a timer to let you know exactly how much longer it has. hadles big loads with no issues. Cant even tell its running with how quite it is.

This product is a huge upgrade for our old washer. This one was bigger and cleans so much better. We are glad we made the switch.

Was a little apprehensive at first with it being a model without the agitator. After one year I have zero complaints. Handles and cleans heavy loads no problem. No balance issues. Handles comforters,heavy loads no problems

So far so good. Had it a few weeks. Easy to install. It seems to do about double the normal load, Which seems to backup the dryer even more. But all is good. It uses less water and takes longer to wash. We are happy for now.

I love my washer. I love the size of the tub. It makes it so much easier to wash my blankets and afghans. I love all the choices I have for water temperature, spin speed, and type of load I am washing.

Reviews on this washer were mixed, but we love it. Can was all of our bed clothes in one load. Wife needs a step stool to reach the bottom, but thats a height issue.

I was looking for this Samsung on black color and nobody has it in stock but finally I found this at best buy

Had to replace LG top loader that was rusting, less than 10 yrs old. Settled on this Samsung set. Did lots of research, didn’t find any reviews that pointed out my issues prior to buying. Pros: Looks nice. Doesn’t vibrate, stays put. Chimes are not annoying. Cons: Too deep, I am average height and can barely reach clothing on the very bottom. I literally have to find a spot I can touch and then turn the drum, while half way into the washer, and grab the small items when they get to me. Soap doesn’t completely rinse out if you only have the washer rinse one time. Now I know why this washer has numerous rinse cycle as an option. What a waste! The lid isn’t flat. There is the potential for anything you set on it, to slide off. It’s a nice looking washer, so this was missed while looking at it. Not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of. Advertised as having “Delay Start” however, there’s no clear option for it. As with most things today, there are numerous electronic programming options. A washer only has to do a handful of things. Laundry is a chore, not a game. Don’t make it any harder! Best Buy was great to work with. First washer delivered was marked up on the side when they opened the box. They were willing to give $50 off for the “cosmetic” damage. Given it was an appliance and I had no way of knowing how it received the markings, I returned it. They replaced it with a new one. Good customer service. I’ve been using this washer for 6 months. Overall, If I had known then, what I know now, I would have passed on this one.

Washer.fits a king size comforter which was what we were loking for. The only downside is that because of the water-saving system, it does not fill enough to fully cover the clothes.. Also, the tub is very deep, which makes it a bit hard to reach the clothes.

This was the best of washer we had and are enjoying it.
