The wife is the one that mainly uses the washer. She says that I do not know how to use a washer. It is simple open the top and throw everything in that fits. One hour later and everything is clean in a single load. What could be more simple.

This is the second washer that I bought and I love it. My first one broke after many years and instead of swapping products I bought the exact one. You can’t go wrong with a product that you love.

The product is great. The process was horrible. I can't tell you how frustrating it was to have the deliver team; 1. Break the washer the first time they tried to deliver it, 2. Offer a reschedule, first two weeks and then 50 days AFTER the initial date scheduled. The delay in service meant we had to take our clothes to the laundry mat. We are a family of 10 people. That trip cost us $100 to wash out clothes and an entire Saturday to wash them. 3. Finally identify a different washer that we could get in a semi-reasonable time frame and then when installed the water was turned off and not turned back on (which we did not know). That resulted in us calling a repair man to see what was wrong and came out to literally flip a switch that had been turned off and charge us $150 to do so. So the experience cost us $250, and entire weekend day and untold amounts of frustration as every time I called the provided number I was hung up on or disconnected 2-3 times. I'd struggle to find a reason to work with Best Buy again- certainly on appliances but really it makes me question using them again for anything.

I've wanted a washing machine that holds my king sized comforter forever. Not only does this machine hold it but it doesn't wrinkle it up and clean it beautifully. I have cut my weekend laundry time in half with the huge machine. Would buy again in a second.
