Large Capacity, Smart Washer

Large enough to fit my queen size bedding so I don't have to make trips to the laundry mat. Also love that I can connect bluetooth and be notified on my phone when the loads are finished ( whether I'm home on wifi or not)

I went back and forth on getting a Samsung because of previous experiences with their fridge, but it’s been perfect. My clothes have never smelled better. Cleans quick!

You let me pay $30 for delivery which doesn't include set up ONLY YOU Never MENTIONED A DARM THING ABOUT THAT. SO THEY DID A DROP AND GO. THEY LITERALLY DROPPED IT AND LEFT DIDN'T EVEN COME WITH HOSES. FOR A GRAND IT SHOULD COME WITH HOSES BUTT HOLES.

I bought this washing machine on December 2023 and just today August 2025 less than 2 years later my drum exploded in the middle of a cycle. I was just washing 1 mattress cover. It happened just abruptly. The washing machine has been great and I’ve never had issues with it until this freak accident. It crushed my laundry basket which was on the floor, ripped out the dryer exhaust hose next to it, and bent the copper pipe where the water drains from. The washing machine made a whole 190 during the cycle before the drum exploded and completely detached from the actual machine.

Quite operationally and the dials are really well done. I was disappointed when the LG I previously had (sold with house) was not available, but this Samsung model is doing great.

I have had it for a few months and have not had any major issues. Here is the gist. Pros: - dries items well - lots of options (settings, times, etc.) - easy to set up - looks and sounds nice (fun little noises lol) - somehow syncs up with Samsung Smart things (but it's very tricky to set up) Cons: - door is really hard to open and close, which is annoying mostly - I thought the dryer could be connected to a more intuitive mobile app; smart things is really weird to set up, so the notification feature is basically useless
