    The first kind of this washer I received was defective. Best buy was quick to send a technician to trouble the machine. Upon realizing that the washer has a defective part, Best buy was quick to help execute a return and exchange for me to get a new washer, the same kind.

    Bought my washer in June and it’s amazing. I love all the different modes the washer has. It’s amazing how much clothes it can clean in one go specially for big families this washer is great absolutely recommend.

    Love the soft musical tingling bells that the washing machine has to let you know the cycle is ending plus it is so efficient and very quiet not counting how easy it is to operate it. Very happy with our new washing machine.
