Samsung or Best Buy won’t do anything about it. Save yourself time and DONT BUY A SAMSUNG WASHER OR DRYER. The dryer sucks too but that’s besides the point.

It kept washing over and over because it was not spinning the clothes. The tumble wouldn't balance. I switched it to the same brand with the agitator and I'm really happy with the new one. Also the delivery guy that brought the new one stated the previous person didn't connect the washer correctly with connecting the water hose on wrong side. I guess the previous person put the cold water hose on the hot water and vise versa. He said that could have been causing the problems.
