    We recently bought this washing machine and are very happy. We immediately remembered what quality washing really means. There are no disadvantages. The only thing is that our grandmother needs to use a stepstool since the washer is deep for her when she takes out clothes

    I’m a little short so I have to use a step stool to get the clothes at the bottom but the washer works perfect - I love the different settings it has.

    Love this washing machine. Cleans great! Has smart features so I can start it remotely and also sends me messages when a cycle is done. Only downside is if you are shorter than 5’7 you might have trouble reaching all the way inside to get your clothes out
