Better to have all digital. Salesman was not very knowledgeable. Delivery took some time and installers were not very careful of walls, Also they did not correctly attach water inlet hose first time. It was leaking and they had to redo it. Left my wife to use a towel to clean up.

Set up from BB was great and professional problems started 30 minutes after they left. Started beeping gave an error code. Unplugged let sit for 10 minutes. Started a normal load saying it was 56 minutes. Took 3 hours. Oh well getting a different machine from Lg now. Such is life

I spent a lot of money to purchase this as it was recommended to be the second best in the store. However, anything that is dark or black in color comes out with whitish streaks all over the items. We have run the clean cycle twice, have tried warm to mostly hot water cycles, the bare minimum detergent placed on the bottom as directed, everything possible to stop the issue without any significant change. We believe it is because the clothes crumple up in the bottom during the spin/ drain cycle trapping dirty water into the clothes leaving a residue. It is extremely frustrating, and I feel as if I've wasted the expense on this machine. Wish I'd stuck with a front loader which never had that issue! Would not recommend. Regret my very expensive purchase! Dryer works great though
