Pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is since it is located close to our family room. Has a lot of options and I like the cycle display. Have only had a week but so far so good.

I literally walked into the store and purchased it immediately after having to cancel and order for a similar washer that was on back order. It has a large a capacity and even a deep fill. I have to climb in it to get clothes and other things but it definitely works well!

Our old Samsung dryer we thought it had went out so i bought a new set (it was actually something very small electrical in the house that was the issue) any who, we got a new set and it works fine. Love the samsung smart things notifications when the loads are done. The old ones we had for 8 yrs and probably would have had it longer. Samsung makes good solid products.

Large loads

It seems to do about double the normal load, Which seems to backup the dryer even more. But all is good. It uses less water and takes longer to wash. We are happy for now.

Settled on this Samsung set. Did lots of research, didn’t find any reviews that pointed out my issues prior to buying. Pros: Looks nice. Doesn’t vibrate, stays put. Chimes are not annoying. Cons: Too deep, I am average height and can barely reach clothing on the very bottom. I literally have to find a spot I can touch and then turn the drum, while half way into the washer, and grab the small items when they get to me. Soap doesn’t completely rinse out if you only have the washer rinse one time. Now I know why this washer has numerous rinse cycle as an option. What a waste! The lid isn’t flat. There is the potential for anything you set on it, to slide off. It’s a nice looking washer, so this was missed while looking at it. Not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of. Advertised as having “Delay Start” however, there’s no clear option for it. As with most things today, there are numerous electronic programming options. A washer only has to do a handful of things. Laundry is a chore, not a game. Don’t make it any harder! Best Buy was great to work with. First washer delivered was marked up on the side when they opened the box. They were willing to give $50 off for the “cosmetic” damage. Given it was an appliance and I had no way of knowing how it received the markings, I returned it. They replaced it with a new one. Good customer service. I’ve been using this washer for 6 months. Overall, If I had known then, what I know now, I would have passed on this one.

We understand reaching the bottom of the drum can be challenging. This design aims to accommodate larger loads, but we recognize it may not be ideal for everyone. We recommend using a grabber tool or laundry tongs to help reach smaller items more easily.
Soap Residue:
To improve rinsing, try using less detergent or a high-efficiency detergent. The multiple rinse options ensure thorough cleaning based on your load's needs.
