The delivery guys were great. But the girl I ordered on the phone was very misled. I thought I was talking to someone from the Rock Hill SC store. But I later found out it was the call center. She told me the delivery would be from 4 to 7. And that was wrong. I had to have another delivery because I was at work when they came at 2. I had to get my Uncle to sit in for the second delivery. It was very inconvenient

After one year I have zero complaints. Handles and cleans heavy loads no problem. No balance issues. Handles comforters,heavy loads no problems

Great Washe but

Does not allow enough watwr to cover load. While you can select feature to fill to limit that results in more water than needed. Love that it can wash a huge amount of clothes in one load.
