nice working...but little high and deep to reach to the bottom of the drum.

0 stars! This is an absolute piece of trash and possibly the loudest machine in existence. I currently have 2 sheets (Q), 3 pillow cases, and a throw blanket in the machine-it’s been “washing” for 2.5 hours now. The drum thrashes about, the display shows UB for unbalanced load then the stupid thing starts over trying to wash again. Samsung should reimburse me for my water bill this month. I’ve had this machine for less than 30 days! This is the 3rd time the machine has errores since it was delivered 7/16. I thought it was a fluke at first-I truly hate that I have this and would NEVER recommend it to anyone! Sadly, the two Week replacement window has closed:( The deep drum only fills about 1/3 way with water in regular loads. When it does function as I believe it’s designed to the items barely rock in the water and do not seem to get clean IMO. Get literally anything else! Save yourself the trouble! Shame on you Samsung, you’re better than this!

I can finally wash my own blankets and it’s clean when it gets done.

Love it! Before you realize it that never ending laundry ITS ACTUALLY DONE=D cutting time by half or less of the time it takes…Ooh BTW WHENEVER is your deep cleaning day checking every room. Removing anything and everything thats is machine washable you would still have time to SIT DOWN and enjoy the rest of THE DAY like me with my handsome boy:D aKa the responsible magicians for them mountains of laundry-_-

So I love the size, I love the features, like the button to run water so I can spot clean. I do think it might be a tad too smart in some ways. If it detects that the load is unbalanced it will flat out stop washing and it’ll tell you to fix it. I acknowledge that this is a good thing, it will make the washer last longer. But it would be nice if I’m gone and need the clothes cleaned, they could let us choose to keep washing if it’s not that far off. But overall it’s a very nice washer.

That said, the core performance of the washer is excellent. It cleans thoroughly, runs quietly, and looks sleek in my laundry space. If Samsung improves the customization of the app features, this washer would be near perfect.

I absolutely adore this beauty, easy to install, easy instructions and easy to use! If you’re a short person, you may need a step ladder to reach inside after a cycle and it’s wide enough for bedding! I can’t wait until the matching dryer arrives!

I love the large capacity; makes it easy to wash my bed comforters. Unit is quiet and very easy to use. Only negative comment is the detergent tray does not slide out far enough; it is bit of a struggle to pour the detergent and softener into the small compartment.

This is a true, deep fill washer. You get a full tub of water for with you large bulky items when deep fill is selected. Cleaning performance is average. Digital timer is a plus. SmartThings connectivity is a plus.

I been using this awhile now and it gets the job done. Its nice to get notifications when the washer is done from the Smart Things app. I haven't tried to control this from my phone. I don't see the point.

Product is awesome! Service is terrible. The installation was not a great experience. Didn’t ask me which way I would like to swing the dryer door. I had to ask for them to install washer they weren’t going to. Best Buy’s customer service center is terrible. Samsung is the best but I will never buy from Best But again. The company has gone downhill bad.

Me and my wife decided to purchase this Samsung washer with the matching dryer after our LG front loader ( which had been amazing) finally tapped out. I originally wanted to just replace it LG front load washer since our dryer was still going strong and I loved our pedestal storage add ons. My wife however wanted to move on to a top loader with more capacity. She fell in love with the aesthetics of this Samsung set. I can’t deny myself how beautiful the set is, but… OMG the washer is so rough on the clothing!!! We have not been able to figure it out, but I can literally put a new garment in, and it comes out after the was cycle looking like it’s been washed 10x already. On top of that we sometimes end up with spots on the clothing. I immediately wanted to return the whole set, but my wife was convinced we would figure it out and maybe I just stuck on the LG. Well we never have figured it out! It’s a beautiful washer that seems great on paper, but it’s so rough that it has ruined so my garments. The dryer has been flawless for the most part. The dryer rack however did break after a couple uses. The design of it I feel is very poor. It slides into a slot at the front of the dryer on the lint trap, but simply rests onto two very shallow indents at the back. I believe the plastic rack headed up and maybe warp just enough that it back slipped off the indents and the spinning dryer drum broke the rack. I ended up using epoxy to repair it and I use a rag at the front were the rack slides into the lint trap. It pushes the rack back and wedges tighter against the indents at the back. All in all it’s a beautiful set that we’ve kept hoping for the best and now just deal with the flaws. I read so many positive reviews, but after paying over $1700 for the set. I must say I’m pretty disappointed. I gave 2 stars because the washer despite the broken rack works very well….
