Waste of money .

Washers without agitators just don't function like it should. When there is an error on the screen good luck getting the door to unlock , takes very long to "wash" , but does not wash correctly so you end up double washing.

Disappointed

I feel like this washer just swishes the clothes back and forth and does not get them clean. The cycles are very long and take over an hour or more for a lot of them. I clean the detergent tray after each load and I still have to bleach it frequently, as well as the area it slides into, because it gets black mold on it. Would definitely not buy this type again. I would rather have an old school washer.

Worst washer ever - slow and causes elec surges.

It becomes unbalanced with towels that have been evenly spread, take for ever to wash a cycle, and is so tall that I doubt most people could reach the bottom. Lastly, it causes all the lights in my house to flicker when it goes swoosh. I have all brand new electrical in the house! This was for a rental home, but I am getting rid of it and switching back to LG. Don't waste your time and money.

Poor product

Incompetence

I moved into a new home and have 3 children the washer and dryer was supposed to be delivered that week since inevitably I would have a mountain of clothes from my children. They were taken to the wrong address which was only a mile away but the driver refused to pick up his phone and Best Buy was no help stating the delivery would be made a week later which was their earliest time. I cancelled the $2,000 order and will never purchase another product from Best Buy again.

Terrible Experince

Motor on washing machine broke on second day. Delivery guys didn’t install all that was ordered, I had to look after they were done and find all items were not installed. Customer service wanted to give me a $15 credit. Have never been more dissatisfied in my life.

Do not recommend

Very Horrible!

Don't Buy

After doing a little research the tub stabilizer rod springs are too weak and you can buy stiffer springs for the washer. If I wanted to start mechanicing on a washer I would have kept my old one.

Extremly dissappointed

Wouldn’t buy top loader again
