Disappointed/ Not good long term

At first I was very happy. As promised it washed my bedding. But now only a year later it not longer rings out my beddings or small loads. I am also having trouble with the lock. Since my clothes are always wet it’s always locked. I have to turn on and off the washer multiple times before it restarts/unlocks

WORSE WASHER DOES NOT PROPERLY SPIN

I will have to find a way to make a claim with total tech or have Samsung send a reimbursement. I have only had it for 3 months and it Never leaves the clothes no matter the cycle.

New but still broken

I understand things break even when new, but the fact that we have not been able to wash clothes in a brand new washer for over 2 weeks is why this product is being given this rating.
