Loved it at the beginning. I bought this washing machine on December 2023 and just today August 2025 less than 2 years later my drum exploded in the middle of a cycle. I was just washing 1 mattress cover. It happened just abruptly. The washing machine has been great and I’ve never had issues with it until this freak accident. It crushed my laundry basket which was on the floor, ripped out the dryer exhaust hose next to it, and bent the copper pipe where the water drains from. The washing machine made a whole 190 during the cycle before the drum exploded and completely detached from the actual machine.

Giant tub deep tub. If you are below 5'8", you'll need a step to reach the bottom. Outside of that, it is great at doing large loads.

Washer works great. Has more bells and whistles then we really need. The size is great. It fits a lot, and has no problem with our larger bed spreads. Only 2 downs falls is for me the depth. Im 5'2 and im basically inside the washer to pull stuff out of the bottom. (Not Samsungs faukt im short but something to consider if you are height challenged like me) also it is loud. Other reviews mention its noisy. Those are accurate. For me that isnt a big deal based on where we have it. However it might be a consideration for others.

I really like this washer. I've been using my samsung washer for a while now Im very happy with this. Its quiet, efficient, and has good variety of wash cycles for all my needs. It is spacious enough for large loads, and clothes always come out clean and fresh. I also like the sleek design and how easy the controls are to use. Definitely a great purchase!

This product is a huge upgrade for our old washer. This one was bigger and cleans so much better. We are glad we made the switch.

Have not had any issues since having them. It connects to an app so I can preplan cycles and it connects to my wifi so I can go anywhere and start it! Pretty awesome in my opinion.

We bought the set when ours went and couldn’t be happier with them. Probably the best washer and dryer we’ve ever had. I recommend it highly if you’re looking for a new set they are great.!!

This washer holds so much laundry and really cleans my clothes. It has so lany settings and even more if you download the app.

This washer is super nice! I love that there is an app you can pair your phone with to see that status, It is also super quiet. The only thing that could be a potential problem for some people is that it is really deep and the bottom could be hard to reach for those that are shorter.

So far this washer exceeds my expectations. Quite operationally and the dials are really well done. I was disappointed when the LG I previously had (sold with house) was not available, but this Samsung model is doing great.
