    Less than a month and getting error 3C (Motor failure) will never purchase another Samsung appliance again.

    Too hard to get a mutual delivery date. By the time we figured out a date I decided I would continue to use my older washer.

    The one I purchased was defective so I returned the bundle and purchased the front loading model instead. I’m not sure why I initially bought a top loading model in the first place.

    Did not last 1 day. Two loads and my wife said there was a burning electrical smell and would not turn back on. Do not buy this junk.

      To ensure proper grounding, the washer comes with a power cord featuring a three-prong grounding plug for use in a properly installed and grounded outlet.

      It is necessary to have an AC 120 V, 60 Hz, 15 AMP fuse or circuit breaker. Utilize a separate branch circuit. Link the washer alone to the electrical outlet.
