Brand new washer that never works. Very disappointing!

I purchased this washer about 3 weeks ago. I read tons of reviews before purchasing. So far so good. Tub is huge you can wash a ton of clothes. Cleans clothes well and is pretty quiet. Easy to use and seems to be a solid machine. Only reason for 4 stars is it seems to take a little over an hour to wash a load of clothes on most settings. Not a huge deal because it cleans the clothes and I assume it’s because it doesn’t have the agitator. I was able to wash all the sheets and blankets with one wash which was a huge plus.

After a frustrating experience with a previous Whirlpool washer that failed after just a year and never seemed to get properly resolved, I decided to try Samsung and I’m glad I did. This 5.5 cu. ft. Samsung washer has been excellent. The capacity is impressive and easily handles large loads, bedding, and towels without issue. The Super Speed Wash feature is a huge bonus when you need clean clothes quickly. Everything comes out fresh and thoroughly cleaned. The machine runs smoothly, looks great in brushed black, and feels solid and well-built. The controls are intuitive and modern, and overall performance has exceeded my expectations. Samsung definitely took the cake here. Very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend.

Works great, I love the wifi setup so I can track the cycle without having to go downstairs to check repeatedly. A little hard to get clothes out of the very bottom of the tub (I'm 5'4") and it doesn't get the cat hair off of our clothing as well as the old machine with the agitator but will be far more gentle and the fabric will last longer.

Outstanding cleaning performance. Superior reliability, and energy efficiency. Highly recommended for excellent, efficient performance. I did my research and consistently rated top for efficiency and cleaning.

I love my washer! It is sooooo deep and holds a lot. It maybe too deep for some people to reach to the bottom. It has an optional deep fill that puts a lotnof extra water in it! I do highly recommend this!

Very efficient, doesn’t take long and has cloth clean. Oh and it’s quiet and smart. Love that I can access all my Samsung smart thing on my phone.

Works amazingly! The drum is huge so it can fit my bedding without overcrowding. I love the smart feature so I can track when my laundry is done from my phone.

The Samsung 5.5 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Smart Top Load Washer is awesome. I love the "super speed wash" feature. Since I have had this washer, I'm going to have to rethink a few things. In my opinion, this is a superb appliance!

This thing is huge. We prefer top load washers. Does an excellent job, even without an agitator. Does a great job with large loads. Quiet unit even for its size.
