Good machine the smart connection adds to the washing experience

I love the product Samsung is the best and best buy products is always different from other retail you find similar but never the extract same l like that this is my second set l gave my first set to family member the last for ever it's so quiet the quality excellent the size just outstanding l can wash super load and quick load with adjustable setting on size, soil, and temperature that's what you should look for always no finger print lovely l highly recommend it

Giant tub deep tub. If you are below 5'8", you'll need a step to reach the bottom. Outside of that, it is great at doing large loads.

Have not had any issues since having them. It connects to an app so I can preplan cycles and it connects to my wifi so I can go anywhere and start it! Pretty awesome in my opinion.

Excellent washer. Replaced a 9yr old Samsung that was still going strong with no issues ever. I expect this one will be as good if not better.

I love this Samsung washer! It’s super quiet, cleans clothes thoroughly, and has a sleek, modern look. The controls are simple, and the SmartThings app is a great bonus for remote control. It’s energy-efficient and reliable—highly recommended!

This washer is super nice! I love that there is an app you can pair your phone with to see that status, It is also super quiet. The only thing that could be a potential problem for some people is that it is really deep and the bottom could be hard to reach for those that are shorter.

So, I love the washer. It is deep, quiet, and doesnt take up a lot of space. Although deep you do still have to keep in mind not to over pack. Because it is a smart washer, I have it attached to my phone and it lets me know when my cycle is unbalanced, complete, and more.

So far so good. Had it a few weeks. Easy to install. It seems to do about double the normal load, Which seems to backup the dryer even more. But all is good. It uses less water and takes longer to wash. We are happy for now.

Overall an excellent product. We are particularly happy with the great performance of this machine with no dasher and yet if performed far greater than we would have imagined. Typical high quality from Samsung and super service from our BestBuy people.

This washer holds so much laundry and really cleans my clothes. It has so lany settings and even more if you download the app.

The product is great. The process was horrible. I can't tell you how frustrating it was to have the deliver team; 1. Break the washer the first time they tried to deliver it, 2. Offer a reschedule, first two weeks and then 50 days AFTER the initial date scheduled. The delay in service meant we had to take our clothes to the laundry mat. We are a family of 10 people. That trip cost us $100 to wash out clothes and an entire Saturday to wash them. 3. Finally identify a different washer that we could get in a semi-reasonable time frame and then when installed the water was turned off and not turned back on (which we did not know). That resulted in us calling a repair man to see what was wrong and came out to literally flip a switch that had been turned off and charge us $150 to do so. So the experience cost us $250, and entire weekend day and untold amounts of frustration as every time I called the provided number I was hung up on or disconnected 2-3 times. I'd struggle to find a reason to work with Best Buy again- certainly on appliances but really it makes me question using them again for anything.

So far this washer exceeds my expectations. Quite operationally and the dials are really well done. I was disappointed when the LG I previously had (sold with house) was not available, but this Samsung model is doing great.
