I love this washer my clothes smell, and looks so good with it, and I love the steam feature instead of having to iron clothes

I love my new washer but extremely disappointed in the sales person and delivery guys. You let me pay $30 for delivery which doesn't include set up ONLY YOU Never MENTIONED A DARM THING ABOUT THAT. SO THEY DID A DROP AND GO. THEY LITERALLY DROPPED IT AND LEFT DIDN'T EVEN COME WITH HOSES. FOR A GRAND IT SHOULD COME WITH HOSES BUTT HOLES.

We bought the set when ours went and couldn’t be happier with them. Probably the best washer and dryer we’ve ever had. I recommend it highly if you’re looking for a new set they are great.!!

So far this washer exceeds my expectations. Quite operationally and the dials are really well done. I was disappointed when the LG I previously had (sold with house) was not available, but this Samsung model is doing great.

Have not had any issues since having them. It connects to an app so I can preplan cycles and it connects to my wifi so I can go anywhere and start it! Pretty awesome in my opinion.

Got it over 6 months ago, so far no issues and definitely works better than my last washer as far as it's quicker/clothes smell cleaner

Overall, not a bad dryer. I have had it for a few months and have not had any major issues. Here is the gist. Pros: - dries items well - lots of options (settings, times, etc.) - easy to set up - looks and sounds nice (fun little noises lol) - somehow syncs up with Samsung Smart things (but it's very tricky to set up) Cons: - door is really hard to open and close, which is annoying mostly - I thought the dryer could be connected to a more intuitive mobile app; smart things is really weird to set up, so the notification feature is basically useless

It’s huge on the inside! Able to put in king size quilt plus sheets with no issues. I absolutely love this!

Giant tub deep tub. If you are below 5'8", you'll need a step to reach the bottom. Outside of that, it is great at doing large loads.

I love this washer! I have been stalking this item for a while, and when it went on sale, I got it. It is so quiet and it cleans clothes really well. I was also was able to wash two medium size comforters with ease.

Does a great job washing and is pretty quick. The app connects easy to my phone and is very helpful. No issues at all in the last few months.

Love all of the options it's gives you for washing. It does take a while to complete, but I don't mind

This is my very 1st washer and im happy with my choice. I love the all the features and how you just lay your finger on the presents and it just reads it. I have a family of four so, there is always clothes that needs to be washed and this washer has been doing the job. The music playing when the load is done was a shock factor and just the cutest freaking thing.

Excellent Washer and multiple settings make cleaning clothes easier.
