The two main problems are vibration and the loudness. It vibrates, a lot, on heavier spin settings. The noise level is beyond loud. Would not buy again. Wish we had our 9yo samsung ser back.

I have had it for a few months and have not had any major issues. Here is the gist. Pros: - dries items well - lots of options (settings, times, etc.) - easy to set up - looks and sounds nice (fun little noises lol) - somehow syncs up with Samsung Smart things (but it's very tricky to set up) Cons: - door is really hard to open and close, which is annoying mostly - I thought the dryer could be connected to a more intuitive mobile app; smart things is really weird to set up, so the notification feature is basically useless

Even when I would wash 2 loads at once this new Samsung washer washes more clothes and does a lot better job at having all items super clean. I don’t usually write reviews but this washer by Samsung deserves it.
