Not a Washer I’d recommend.

Washing sheets or towels was problematic, with a full load or with just a few items in there. The machine would become unbalanced & need to be reset multiple times to complete the cycle. I called Samsung support a few times & they helped reset the balancing software & tried to provide tips on how to load the washer (though I’ve successfully been doing laundry for several decades). Ultimately, I was so frustrated by the inefficiency of this set that I gave up & purchased a new Electrolux set that I am very impressed with. My previous set was by LG & those were great as well. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but I personally won’t be purchasing from Samsung again. Expensive lesson learned.

Not a great internal layout

I don't really like the way the middle rack is laid out. The pins stick out in a way that does not accommodate my glasses very well. Have to use maximum dry cycle and it still often doesn't always dry completely.
