The colors are perfect, and the size is amazing. My complaint is delivery, they damaged my washer, so waiting for a replacement is the issue

The cycle selector light is a basic function that should work properly, and the fact that it is not functioning shows poor design and engineering. Additionally, the buttons on display being difficult to push only adds to the frustration of using the machine. It's incredibly frustrating to have a washer machine that you can't even properly select the cycle or options you need. The malfunctioning cycle selector light makes it difficult to tell which cycle you're on, and the difficult-to-push buttons on display only add to the frustration. The machine doesn't function as it should, and it's a huge waste of money. I would strongly suggest avoiding this Samsung washer machine model if you're considering purchasing it. The problems with the cycle selector light and display buttons show that the product is not well-made, and you'll likely experience further issues down the line. It's simply not worth the investment.

If your washer won't start, the buttons won't work, or the control knob won't select a different cycle, you probably have Child Lock turned on.

Used ones make it move so much that I think it's going to knock down everything around it

If you have hours just for the washer to do one load and you love having to reset the washer to spin again just to get enough water out of the clothes to put them in the dryer then you will love this washer! If you aren’t tall, run away from this machine! You will definitely need a ladder to climb inside to reach the bottom of the tub! I am 5’9” and can barely reach it! But that is probably necessary to be able to do those big comforters. If you have to go to the laundry mat to do your laundry and this is the only washer within 200 miles of you, then suck it up and wait another week or two and get a different washer! I have been cursing this washer for the entire 23 days I have had it! I don’t even want to hear “Samsung” for the rest of my life! Run away!!!
