    Sold a defective peice of junk

    I bought this from the Bedt Buy outlet. Supposedly, the only things wrong are supposed to be cosmetic. There were a few scrapes, but nothing major. Unfortunately I spent the time to rent a truck and pick it up be suse the outlet doesnt deliver. Got it all hooked up and tried ststting a load only to be met with an OC error code thet wont clear. If i try ti wash a lod with Deep Fill or Pre-soak settings, the cycle never starts. It just continually errors by showing an OC code. The worst part is i have to take time out of my day and rent another truck to take this oeice of crap back.

    I want to leave my sincere disappointment with both Best Buy and their delivery methods. I bought these machines on black friday, I was supposed to receive my machines 4 days later and when the time came, the delivery guy just left and used an "there's no space" excuse when there was more than enough. The streets were completely empty that he came in and out, twice. I was prepared for these machines and needed them immediately. I called Best Buy, stayed on the phone for over an hour and nothing was resolved. I'm sure the machines are great.

    waited 3 weeks to get washer--got it installed, and had problems--repair person came out and said both control boards needed to be replaced--had to order parts--it has now been 2 weeks, and no repairs yet--it was defective from first day--very frustrating--we feel we shoud have been given a new replacement machine

    it could be better. i bought it specifically bc of the huge tub, but filling it up is a headache. whatever load you have, small, medium, or large, it doesnt seem to add much water to clean it properly.

    Terrible! Cleaned ok, but not great. Convinced now that an agitator is necessary. Besides that it stopped working because the buttons wouldn't do anything. Called Samsung to schedule repair. Repair guy never showed up. Called back they said thats a motherboard issue and we can't repair it. What!? Now still waiting on refund. Been over a month. For a high end washing machine that I only used for a few months.

    The first time that ive used this, i had no idea that the basin was that deep, we have to use a 3 stepstool to just get the bottom clothes. I think im regretting it cause it will ruin my back and ribs from bending so deep to get my clothes out

    Worst washer and dryer I’ve ever had. I’ve had older generation washer and dryers other brands of course, that have worked better. I have 4 months with the washer and it always has codes coming out and the dryer takes a ridiculous time to dry the clothes. I’m never purchasing a Samsung washer and dryer ever again. I’ll make sure to let me friends and family know as well.

    this is probable the worst experience with a purchase of an appliance in the 25 years i have owned a home, not only did the washer have dirty water in the bottom of it when unpackaged but it also had a dent,icalled and they insulted me with a 99 dollar discount. not wanting to deal with the completely unknowledgeable sales staff that can care less about doing there job but are more concerned with staring at here phones during there work day, i plugged the unit in and low and behold ITS JUNK AND DOESNT WORK . returning tomorrow and never going back to best buy ever again. DO NOT BUY SAMSUMG

    Washer broke in less than 3 weeks. Spin cycle is where washer jumps violently. Luckily sensors detected and shuts it down. I had bestbuy totaltech so returns are 60 days. I ordered a replacement. Gotta wait till July end to get a replacement. Let’s see. Should have gone with other brands like whirlpool or LG GE. This won’t last to long time.

    Not satisfied with the washing cycle. The clothes are not getting cleaned. The water level is too low and when I change it for more water it still does not fill up.

    Always off balance

    This machine isn't good. If it cleaned clothes well, I might overlook the CONSTANT problems it has with unbalancing. The clothes are not cleaned well and I can almost never wash a blanket without the machine telling me that it's off balance. So much frustration.

    Machine frequently showed error code. No cycle works except normal cycle with warm water. It happened three out of four times. Finally exchanged for a front load machine.
