You can open the app and see how much time remains, which is nice. Hate the fact it doesn’t remember your last setting so you almost always have to change something.

Tried using the geek squad which we paid for. Well they can’t come out until over a week. Anything over an hour you have to pay for. Please explain what’s the use of paying for the geek squad of they are useless. Of your getting large appliances please don’t waste money on geek squad. Trying to find someone who services Samsung in the area is difficult. Three hours back and forth with Samsung and someone is still suppose to contact us. Still waiting. I’d expect more from either Best Buy or Samsung for what we paid and considering we only had it for 5 weeks. Highly disappointed. Greek squad is a scam

We purchased this washer 2 weeks ago, and cannot get the washer to complete a normal wash cycle. When the cycle gets to rinse and spin it will keep repeating the cycle because the spin starts violently shaking and says it’s unbalanced (UR code on display??) and starts to refil the rinse again. A normal cycle that takes approximately 1 hour takes more than 2 hours. NOTE: the washer is NOT unbalanced because there are normal light weight clothes in the washer that have been placed evenly throughout the bottom of the wash tub. Have not idea what to do, but a washing machine that costs this much should be able to complete a normal cycle without having to babysit it just to have your clothes spin enough so they can be dried in the drier without being soaking wet.

After doing my first load it took almost one hour the clothing didn’t wash correctly it was still dirty. Did a second load the water didn’t fill all the way up and half of the clothing on the top didn’t even wash at all. I used detergent and the water looked like there was no soap at all. The dryer doesn’t dry the way it should after playing with it my clothing didn’t dry evenly after 1 hour in the dryer I couldn’t understand why the clothing was still wet. Sadly a really bad purchase I will be returning to Bestbuy. I will be looking into purchasing the whirlpool brand since these are a piece of junk. Do yourself a favor and buy a better brand this set will definitely disappoint you.

I bought this 13 months; however, our new house build took longer to complete so I’ve been using it 7 months. ONLY 7 months and only laundering clothes of two people, and I is already broken. It fills with water but will not agitate or spin. It doesn’t throw any error codes, it just simply shuts off. Repair company can’t determine exact cause, but is going to try to replace the control board… if only Samsung had any available. Worst mistake ever! I knew better than to buy a machine because it looks pretty. Don’t do it! Repair guy even said Samsung is the brand he wants everyone against.
