TV is fabulous! Great 4k 3d hd color and screen!!!

I was amazed when I put on 4K Netflix. It really does look like you're looking through a window. Great price for a 4K SUHD TV. The built in apps I've used run smoothly, namely Netflix and Amazon Instand Video.

The picture quality of this product is phenomenal. I am astounded every time I watch it. Looking forward to future purchase of tablet for ease of downloading movies and using sidesync. Even though the audio of this purchase is good I purchased the surround sound system to go with it. I am ecstatic about both purchases.

This is a great TV with the best colors I have ever seen....we love it!!! The only cons I've discovered to this point is the lack of ability for Closed Caption, and on some shows there I have noticed a little less clarity, but that could be due to the cable signal.... Overall so far, this seems to be a terrific product...

I bought two of these TV's. Excellent picture. Great idea to outboard all the inputs to a single remote box. Only downside, as with many TV's, is that one of the TV's is in a room that has lots of natural lighting, and this makes the picture harder to see.

We came into Best Buy to upgrade our 10 year old TV that died. The salesperson showed us the current models so we could compare them. This TV was great and far exceeded or expectations. We are still learning about the features and how to use them.

I've always had great experiences with Samsung, and this television is no exception. The picture quality is phenomenal, and for the size, uses a sane amount of power. The extras like apps, screen mirroring, and more are cherries on the top of this sundae. Definitely worth a buy if you're considering a 4K display.

I bought this TV and after a few days notice the screen had two bright lines running across the screen. This would go away after 10 mins of the tv being on but since this was a brand new TV I decided to exchange it. Best Buy exchanged it and the second tv has had no issues and the picture quality is great.

Got this tv as a warranty exchange for a 5 year old Samsung. The quality of TV that I got for a straight up warranty exchange was ridiculous. Picture is best I've ever had and sound is average. Navigating through the menus is a breeze now compared to my old one and the pointer remote is a blast to use.

Fantastic picture and sound. Only challenge is that all of these big screen tv's now need either direct cable hookup or to be linked to a computer with Adobe Flash. There is no hard drives in these TV's. But it can be worked around and it is a great TV, game, and computer monitor. Just loving it!!!!!

Love this tv the color is beautiful everything looks so real gaming mode works great for consoles and looks great for pc gaming but would still use a moninter. Great tv for the cost came from a 1080 Samsung will only buy from them

I have had this TV now for over 6 weeks. Great pic and sound quality. I did a lot of research and this is the best thing if you are not getting a OLED. Samsung will not disappoint you.

I got this TV because it was on sale and also as a birthday gift to myself. It's a Samsung so you cant go wrong it was the second best TV in 2015 according to rting.com and even though its been replaced by the ks8000 I'm not concerned, while the KS is better its not by much and also it costs more, unless you can get it on sale otherwise there is no shame in getting this TV especially now seeing how its going to be cheaper while the remaining stock holds out. 4K, decent HDR, great up scaling, this TV can do it all!

Perfect TV for everything. I like how all the inputs are on a separate box instead of the back of the tv so I don't have to reach behind the TV to plug in everything. REally love the smart features. I recommend this TV to anyone

I LOVE this TV, the only thing is that the geek squad had issues pairing my remote. Now on occasion the smart hub doesn't work and I have to power off and on the tv and let it warm up for it to work. I am returning the TV and getting the 65". Other than that I am in love with this TV it's absoluetly amazing. Can't wait to have geek squad come out to calibrate the colors yeee!

Very easy to setup and use... Very impressive picture.. Very happy with my choice for a TV... I just wish that I would have waited another week to purchase.. It went down in price from 1799 to 1499.. 300 bucks is a big drop...

First of all - BestBuy is the best place to buy TV's My Samsung UN55JS8500FXZA is a 55" tv and the picture quality is simply STUNNING. This is by far the most thinnest TV on the market and is relatively light in weight. I actually wall mounted this unit my self it was so light. Sound is amazing, and the remote control for the smart TV is so simple to use (it controls both my Comcast box and TV. My TV is connected via Ethernet cable to my home network and picks up all my media servers so well. I would never buy any other model other than Samsung. They really know what they are doing in this field. There is a One Connect device which allows you to connect all you peripherals (Xbox, Comcast box and any other devices you may need. it also has USB 3.0 connectivity . Simply Love this TV

I had been searching for a larger tv for my living room. This product was not what I had wanted not enough reviews to make a large buy. The product I wanted was sold out even though the online store said it was in stock. The confusion was not being able to play videos on my phone to the tv. Youtube mostly. Store rep said yes but geeksquad said no and that I would have to have a Samsung product for it to work. Good that I am pigheaded and tested this for myself after everything had been set up. No it does not mirror as in you can not watch it on both products. But you can set up a queue or auto start a video and it will play. Spent a few hours just watching lets plays yesterday. Also would have given it five stars but the fact you have to get the sound bar to get a decent experience took down the review stats. The floor tech was helpful as much as he could have been. Nearly forgot the older channels on cable are grainy messes think older rendered yt videos. The newer channels play nice and crisp all blue ray and dvds do as well.

Was looking for a good TV to watch football and play games on. After a ton of research, and over 3 hrs in store, I chose this model. Glad I did. No regrets. Only slight issues I've had were some latency in the smart hub, but it seems to have been fixed with the latest firmware.
